Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards,The response they sent in is incorrect the damage includes boards on the inside which were pulled away from the wall when the installer forgot to secure the back of the rails.They have also been ground down by the installer which need to be refinished.And the old paint they referred to was fine before their installer moved them which was not necessary.The boards I am referring to are so distorted they need replacingAs I originally stated approximately $damage I have sent them the quote for $with them supplying the special boards outside the door which have rubber attached to keep bugs and other things out my garage [redacted]

Per our accounting dept, we can not refund your credit card due to the transaction being disputed by youWe can not reverse the transaction once a dispute is put in placeAll you can do is wait for your credit card company to finish their investigationWe have offered to overnight a check to you as soon as the dispute is droppedI would hope you can understand that if we send a check before the dispute is dropped, we could potentially be giving you your money back twicePlease contact our office and let us know how you would like to proceed

This is the first we have heard of any problems with this jobThere are not notes from the tech, no emails from anyone in the office to our managment team at allWe completed this work in August We will be more than happy to reach out to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:This is the second complaint I have filed with the Revdex.com for this company for the same issueWe paid $1,in full ( check) for a garage door replacementThe check was cashed on Jan4, I never heard back from anyone for almost month so I finally located their phone number through my checking account trailI called to inquire about when I’d be getting the doorThey finally sent someone to my house but the product was completely different from what we agreed on ( with a different man)Wrong style, wrong colorWe agreed to send it back & I am still waiting for a refundI have called numerous times & get told “ our Accounting Dept is out to lunch” or “ they’re gone for the day”It has been over TWO months now since they took my money & we have no product, no refundThis place is a complete SCAM as now I see from other people that were also takenWhat can I do to get my money back? My previous Complaint # is ***The business was contacted previously & told the Revdex.com that my refund was “ in the mail & should be there by the end of the week”This was on 2/9/There are only people that I’ve ever spoken with ( *** & ***) even though I’ve asked to speak to higher managementMy suspicion is that they are the only people working under the guise of a reputable “ business”They should be shut down! We have been to this customers house twice. She has only been charged (1) small service charge for both visits. The customer is requesting us to install parts that she has purchased om her own. We do not feel that these parts will fix her issue and we have advised her to replace the whole unit to...

fix the problem. The customer does not want us to do that, instead, she insist on us replacing parts that will not fix her problem. The safety sensors that she is requesting us to replace, will only cause the door not to close. They do not cause the door not to open. The door and motor were working the last time our technician was there. We have never actually witness the door not working. That is why it is our suggestion just to replace the whole unit. That will avoid us from having to make more trips out, which we are not even charging for. We do not feel the need to make another trip out unless the customer agrees to replace the motor.

rejecting this response because: We called the young man's cell phone several times until we left town for our other home as we always do that time of the year; I was told by a girl who answered the phone recently at a area code [redacted] number the man who supposedly did our repair was no longer with the company and since they were on commission nothing would be done; I took the man at his word. I stood there in the garage watching him work on a spring that was not broken and tighten it to a point it broke. It was my understanding he would go to the shop after making a repair some distance away return and fix the spring he broke. He did repair the spring that was broke when he arrived but he seemed in a hurry not paying any attention to what he was doing and started to work on the wrong side.

We have spoke with this customer every time she has called in. We have not given her the run around. Our accounting department is sending her a check for a full refund. They cut and send out checks one time a week. She should be receiving her money early next week.  for what its worth, the...

technician who caused this problem does not work for us anymore. We apologize for the issues she is having but we have been in contact with her.

To the best ofmny knowledge, we have taken care of this customer and ordered a door for them.

We have sent the customer the parts he requested, and also sent a check to him to pay for the invoice that he provided for the paint work.   I reached out to Mr [redacted] yesterday and he stated that everything is good and he is happy with everything.
