[redacted]Genie advised that only the sensors needed to be replaced. The opener is less than 5 years old. motor runs fine. Sensors will be replaced in a few days when I will be home. OGD did not want to fix problem, only wanted to sell a product.

Mr [redacted], I am truley sorry that you upset with our company. The unfortunate thing is that our invoicing system will only allow us to send the invoice as it produces it. It does not produce the invoice showing the cost of each line item and that is something we can not change. I can however send...

you an email with the cost of each item, but it will not be in the form of a reciept as you're requesting. The invoicing system we are using is very new and the developers have not been able to ad our warranty information to it yet. We offer a 1 year warranty on the parts you purchased and a 30 day warranty on the labor. Please reach out to me ([redacted]) if you have any further questions.

The service man who installed our repairs stated that the parts were warranted for 5 years,  No service charge and we would pay labor costs.Perhaps it would be helpful if your service techs had some form of printed info to give to the customer in regards to the warranty.I would like an email with the cost of east item that repaired Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Overhead Garage Door, LLC (OGD, LLC) has offered to "overnight a check" if I drop the dispute with my credit card company, however as they have failed to operate and deal with me in a scrupulous manner, I feel the transaction dispute needs to remain open to guarantee my protection in this matter. OGD, LLC has already provided fraudulent information to the credit card company, stating that I had received the goods for which the deposit of $500 was made, in an attempt to close the dispute. In other words, I have low confidence that a check would be forthcoming once I relinquish my claim with the credit card company.It is up to the merchant to resolve the dispute by crediting the amount of the deposit back to my credit card, which will close the dispute. Alternatively, the company can issue a check and I will close the dispute once the check has cleared my bank.OGD, LLC has stated they are unable to credit the charge back to my card because they use Square for their merchant processing. This is categorically untrue. I contacted the Square help center and was able to obtain information on how to complete the credit transaction in a few minutes.  If OGD, LLC is unwilling to credit the charge back to my card through Square, then they should provide substantiating documentation as to why this is the case. Regards,
