I went to Oxendale in Prescott Valley, Arizona to buy a car since I was rear-ended and it was scrapedI bought a Dodge Interpid at this dealership and at first the car ran greatThen all of a sudden the car was bouncing all over the placeI brought it back to them and told them about itThe mechanic couldn't be bothered because 'he was busy with another 'wreck' (to which there were no vehicle in the garage bay)So I tried to make an appointment to have it serviced, but did I? NOOOOOOOTurns out the mechanic kept changing my appointments and made them when I was workingI told him I could bring it in on the weekend but found out he wasn't there on weekendsSince I hadn't the money to go to another reputable mechanic, I stoppedThen one day, one of the tires blew, and I found out that the tires on my car was YEARS OLD!!! SERIOUSLY? They didn't even make that brand anymore(I can't remember the tire brand but the tire shop said that they went out of business)There was no spare tire nor jackAlso, I found something quite interestingThe car was smoking (like cigar smoking and you can't see anything past the car's nose) one day and I decided to take it to a Tire Pros shop (since the car couldn't make it)The very nice mechanic (unlike the one at Oxendale) told me that the tire rods, the bushing for the power steering (another horror story: the car kept spitting the power steering all over the place and left me stranded over times and I had to keep buying Power Steering fluid by the truckload to keep it moving), the engine was a complete mess (duct tape on a few parts as well as frayed wires where I wan't able to see but Oxendale would never admit that) oil was leaking out of the compartment (to which I had to keep wiping it up every days)Here's the fun part: The mechanic said that the car was rotting for YEARS!!! AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT!! THEY KEPT THE CAR ON THE LOT HOPING SOME POOR STUPID SUCKER WOULD BUY IT!!! So I traded it in for something better, but nopeObviously my life didn't matter to themThe car would've caught fire, stopped dead on a freeway and I would've been hit by oncoming cars and trucksWhen I asked them about the Intrepid, "Oh it's fineIt's a great carIt checks out and everything." Yeah the car checked out, right out of the freaking car graveyard WHERE IT SHOULD'VE STAYED!!! So I had it towed to Oxendale since the Tire Pros mechanic said that the car shouldn't have been sold in it's current condition (I had paid almost $for a fuel pump that should've not gone bad in the years I had that poor thing) The mechanic also said that the car wasn't even safe to be on the street and that he valued my life and safety and called the tow truck to come buy and pick it upSo, what do I do? I had the truck take me to Oxendale to see if I could trade it in for something saferDid I get something? NOPE!! Since the car came from them, they wouldn't do anything for meI even showed them the invoice from the mechanic and that it would've cost me over $just to fix THEIR MISTAKES!!!! So, they sent me to Oxendale to get me another carGoody Goody GumdropsI got oneA Kia Forte KoupOoooooh, nice car, NOT!!! The brake lights are out (even though they said the come on, but just dimmer), and the clutch gave outOn the busiest area between Prescott and Prescott Valley, where the cars and trucks won't stop and they'll rear end youThe Kia is over miles, the freaking payments are outrageous for a FREAKING KIA FORTE!!! Now since the car is in the shop, I have no car, no one is helping (Cottonwood Oxendale, I'm looking at you) I am very VERY unsatisfied with this so-called 'car dealership' and if I had to, I would've gone to someone who values my life instead of trying to find some stupid fool who'll buy a car with year-old tires, smokes like a freight train, whose engine looks like Frankenstein, that spits power steering fluid, and who needs to be wiped up after each feedingThis place deserves a negative -And the 'For the People' nonsense, hahahahaThis dealership doesn't even deserve an A+ from me

Ms. [redacted] and her husband met with GM, Larry B[redacted], today 06.02.2016. While we were able to determine a vehicle for Ms. [redacted] as a suitable replacement, we were unable to place suitable and agreeable financing to complete a transaction for the replacement vehicle. As we understand it, Ms. [redacted] and her husband did not want to use his Credit Union for financing the replacement vehicle. We do find that financing lender decisions may vary throughout the month, most likely the result of the lender’s efforts to maintain compliance with federal regulations. Often times, we find the requests for documentation tend to frustrate customers.  Unfortunately, we cannot control  lender financing decisions. Recognizing the customer’s right to privacy in these matters, we can only report that it is never our intention to disappoint a customer in purchasing a vehicle. As she is planning to return to school, we were very hopeful we could meet her expectations and place her in a different vehicle. Recognizing the deep disappointment to Ms. [redacted], as promised to her prior to her Revdex.com complaint, we are returning the full amount of her down payment and paying off the contract with her lender for the VW Passat. While we were unable to complete a successful business transaction, we do hope the spirit of our efforts to resolve the issues and the unique nature of the refund, is recognized in time by Ms. [redacted].

sale and our clear intent was to satisfy the customer. The options when the customer requested a different vehicle were challenging as we had to arrange to exchange financing for the vehicle she chose, which was a 2009 Pontiac Sunfire (2 years newer than the Nissan Versa). The financing of the replacement vehicle and cancelling of the original vehicle financing was accomplished by Monday, June 01 and the vehicle was delivered to the customer the same day. We apologized for the delays, clarifying the reasons we could not deliver the vehicle (due to diligence in her paperwork), and she advised that she would remove the complaint to Revdex.com. We believe this complaint to be completely resolved and was in the resolution process at the time of her complaint and that Ms. [redacted] is satisfied with our efforts to resolve the concern.

actions investigating the claims mentioned in her complaint. Customer cases within the FCA system are referred to as CAIR cases. Within those cases, the dealership is directed by FCA to an Action plan to resolve warranty complaints as directed by FCA for warranty repairs. All issues concerning towing reimbursement and incidental expense, as well as the issues with the Oil and Filter Service and Jeep Wave involved a case with the Texas dealer ( FCA CAIR Case #28682801). [redacted] was not involved in the decision process for the claims mentioned in this CAIR. FCA did open a CAIR case #[redacted] for issues concerning a tail gate opening without warning, a condition for harsh shift “jerks into gear”, and a general condition of inoperative electrical components. The vehicle was towed to [redacted] in Cottonwood from Mesa Arizona and a rental vehicle was provided to Ms. [redacted] for the duration of the investigation and repair of the concerns noted. Towing and the rental vehicle were provided at no charge for this visit (RO [redacted]) attached. A Technical case (STAR) was opened and the dealership followed all diagnostics and repairs as per FCA Policy and Procedures.   There is no record of the visit to Earnhardt CDJR listed in the FCA vehicle history so we are uncertain of the issues diagnosed by Earnhardt CDJR mentioned in the customer complaint. In terms of “buyback”, the customer would initiate a process through FCA Customer Relations noted in her Owner Manual. We will provide that information to the customer if she is unable to locate it in her FCA Renegade warranty documents.

Oxendale Chrysler regrets the concerns Ms. [redacted] has dealt with since the purchase of her 2007 Ford Expedition. phone messages occurred over a week’s time between Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] (GM) to address the issue of “poor customer service” she felt had occurred with the delivery of the vehicle after those repairs to her location in Prescott. On Monday, August 3rd, we received this notification from Revdex.com and our General Manager, [redacted], reached out to Ms. [redacted] as to the concerns. The vehicle had been towed to Galpin Ford as the gear shift was not operable. The extended service contract Ms. [redacted] had purchased did not cover the affected shift cable. Arrangements were made for alternate transportation and repair of the cable by the Oxendale Chrysler and were completed on 08.07.2015.There was also a concern with a reported concern of erratic idle and associated noises which were investigated by the technician at Galpin Ford. The technicians were unable to diagnose a concern upon their inspection. At this time, customer seems to be satisified. Oxendale Chrysler will continue follow up in the event Ms. [redacted] decide to trade the vehicle in for a different vehicle.

The information that [redacted] has chose to provide to you is selective and not inclusive of all the material they provided to us in this regard, work done, service warrany, thorough inspections of vehicle, as well as safty of vehicle for drivable use. We recognize that Ms. [redacted] is frustrated and that the measures to resolve her concerns on her Jeep Renegade, she feels, are unacceptable.  We are following all guidelines and directions from [redacted] (FCA) in the effort to meet her expectations. Because FCA is the “Warrantor”, they determine any warranty claims and “lemon Law” resolution.  As mentioned previously, there are 2 CAIR cases for these matters with Chrysler, as well as technical cases and a breadth of contacts to FCA personnel on her behalf, to resolve the concerns. With all due respect, we would urge Ms. [redacted] to review the “Customer Care, Arbitration and Lemon Law Rights” supplement to her owner manual for the Jeep Renegade. Those materials in short, outline remedies available to her at no cost to resolve the defect issues claimed. If she would prefer to discuss the options, she can also contact FCA Customer Care at [redacted] number referred to in the supplement. We will provide any information necessary and provide prompt scheduling for any repair procedures recommended by FCA  in an effort  meet Ms. [redacted]’s expectations.
