Review: My primary dentist(not aspen dental) informed me I needed a tooth pulled and would have to contact an oral surgeon. I called aspen dental since their website says they have an oral surgeon and are open on saturdays and I didnt want to have to miss work. When I called I explained to them that my regular dentist told me I needed my tooth pulled and that he gave me my xray to show them. I specifically stated that I did not need to make a regular appointment for a cleaning or anything, I simply just needed my tooth pulled and had my xray to show. I waited over a month for the appointment. So I get there and fill out all the required paperwork and they take me to a room to do some xrays. Then they take me to the room with a dentist who proceeds to tell me that it looks like I need my tooth pulled! I looked at him and said thats why I'm here. I stated that on the phone a month ago. Then he tells me that their oral surgeon is only there a few days a month and he's booked up for a while and gave me a list of some other oral surgeons in the area. When I left, there was no charges and no mention of future charges which made sense to me since they didnt do anything for me but waste my time. about a month or so later they send me a bill for $106.00 to pay for the xray. Now im getting letters from a collection agency for it. I do not agree with these charges since they knew I was there to get a tooth pulled and had my own xray, I also have insurance that covers xrays.Desired Settlement: I would like these charges to be dropped and not sent to a collection agency and not affect my credit

September 15, 2016Mr. [redacted]RE: Aspen Dental Account Number [redacted]Revdex.com ID # [redacted]Dear Mr. [redacted]:Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received and the balance showing owed. I am writing to you on behalf of the Monaca, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by ASPEN DENTAL OF SW PENNSYLVANIA PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Monaca, PA Aspen Dental office.I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. All new patients of Aspen Dental must be evaluated by the treating dentist. This requires x-rays and an exam. The dentist cannot solely rely of the diagnosis of an outside dental provider. The reason you received an invoice is because your dental insurance did not pay for the x-rays. As a courtesy, I have removed the $106.00 showing due and your Aspen Dental account now reflects a zero balance due. No further invoices will be sent in this matter.I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.Sincerely,Ron H[redacted]Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.[redacted]

Review: I had a stroke on Feb 17th, after my initial visit and agreed to their financing options. Called on Feb 20 to cancel all services. Told matter would be taken care of. Was later called by finance company and told I was late on payment for services never delivered. Once again I made payment and was once again told matter was resolved. Received a paper bill in the mail on April 2nd 2016. Called them today and paid the bill off completely and was told they where reimbursed by aspen dental but I was expected to make up the difference.Desired Settlement: Refund of all monies I had paid out of pocket and no negative remarks on my credit report.

I do apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. My review of your account shows a $2,500.00 payment from Dental First Finance was applied to your Aspen Dental account on February 05, 2016. On that date you received a repair for your denture.
