As requested by the consumer this contract was cancelled and refunded in full.

The company is saying that I am not their consumer. I never got to the point of becoming a consumer because it was the marketing department that called me to offer me their services. The marketer was the one who treated me extremely rudely. Thus causing me not to want to consume what the company has to offer. The company name is as I stated: Pacific Coast Home Solutions. The manager I spoke with said they are based out of Anaheim. I hope this clarifies. Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have tried to resolve this matter on numerous occasion(s) and I get false promises or I have received a proposal to do my kitchen in trade for the bathroom, but the offer is more than the original quote. I have forwarded all receipts and demand for repayment in order to pay the contractor that fixed their mess up. the only solution now is to make us whole and pay for the work that had to be corrected.>

You are claiming that since you have no record of the phone call, it must be another company with the same name who called and offended me. You therefore leave me no choice but to accept your offer of resolution because I have offered every detail of the phone call and incident. I will say that I find it a weak excuse. How easy it must be to simply say you have no record of the phone call, so it must have been a company with a similar name. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
