Gary was a pleasure to speak with and answered all my questions and concerns. The moving crew was friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend anyone looking for a moving company to use Pac Coast.

Not much to say outside of "WOW". Saw their ad on FB and wasn't expecting much outside of moving my stuff from point A to point B. But the professionalism and care displayed by the moving team was top notch. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped me move to my new home in the country side.

Hi Jason! Thank you so much for the great review. We appreciate you trusting us with your move. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you in the future

Great group of guys! They showed up on time and got everything loaded in a timely fashion. They showed up with my items ahead of schedule at my new location and with everything in one piece. Would strongly recommend these guys!

Hi Jess! Thank you so much for the great review. We appreciate your business!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE PACIFIC COAST MOVING!
They consciously outright lie to you so they can overcharge, are unethical, never return phone calls, blow smoke to placate you are complete scammers and quite frankly with all the other scathing reviews - should be shut down forever as soon as possible.
Let's start from the beginning. I contracted with them in May for a move from CA to NC. I originally spoke with the sales person, Joe Stoia or as I now call him, Maestro of BS and Blowing Smoke. He calculates your estimate by going over each item of furniture on the phone and estimating the amount of boxes. I overestimated what we had so that I would have some padding when the movers showed up. We gave him a third down via credit card. The second third to be paid when movers load the truck and the last payment when the movers unload at your destination.
Joe then sells our move to a broker in the San Diego area, ***. Only we don't know that or have his contact info. My husband had a few questions and called Joe and left a few messages and he never called back. Why? He got his money and he was done with us.
So we don't hear anything until close to our move date which was June 29, from ***. The day before, my husband wanted to try to get a firm time so that we would know when to be home. *** has the audacity to tell my husband, "stop calling me, you're blowing up my phone"! Now mind you, the total cost of our move with these lying scammers was over $7,000 and this is how they treat you.
Okay now the movers come on June 29. A really nice crew of men show up way before the truck does - so they come in and start taking furniture apart. They are very respectful and professional and wear masks.
Then comes the foreman - Tim - in his fancy car and designer work out wear. He barrels in and informs us he will not wear his mask and talks a mile a minute with such a strong accent that we cannot understand a word he is saying. He scans the furniture in the house and the boxes in the garage and says emphatically and loudly that we owe $2000 more than the estimate Joe gave us. And not only that, he wants us to pay him the second third of our invoice, including the additional $2000 added to the estimate, and pay him immediately because he has 3 other moving jobs to go to.
I told him, Tim, you're stressing me out here. You talk too fast. I cannot understand you. And you're telling us we need to pay you $2000 more now because you've been in this business a long time and you can eyeball that we are going to take up more cubic feet in the truck? (Granted, we were over 15 boxes from the estimate but I doubt that would come to $2,000 more in cubic feet) And that we should trust your word before the truck is loaded?

I said sorry that's not going to happen. Then he said he was acting so intense because HE is so STRESSED out because HE has other moves HE is supervising AND also because HE is getting married in August and jokingly by the way do we have $10,000 we can give him for the wedding!
I'm not kidding you! Totally unprofessional. Wouldn't wear a mask. Couldn't understand him. And he has zero customer service skills whatsoever. As if moving cross country with a cat and paying a lot of money to do so isn't stressful!!!!
So he ends up staying and helping the movers load the truck which then gets taken to a warehouse in LA until loaded onto a truck that eventually goes to NC. Which in our case our belongings were loaded and unloaded 6 times!! A lot of room for error and breakage here right?!
We know nothing about cubic feet and how much space we are taking so have to take his word for it and pay the extra $2,000. Plus, they know they have you by the balls!!!!! What were we supposed to do when we had a flight with our cat to NC the next day!!!
Now we are in NC as of July 1st. We hear crickets. And now the job is with another broker who handles the next phase of this move.
Finally on July 21st we got a text from a *** from customer service, saying your household goods are on the way and the driver will contact you with the delivery window within 24 hours. She also reminds us to have the balance of $2652 in cash or postal money order to give the driver.
Then we received a text from the driver on July 22nd that the truck broke down so we will not be delivering this week. Then we hear crickets again. We have no idea where our stuff is or when we will be receiving it.
Then we receive a text from *** on Wednesday, August 5 saying she just spoke to the dispatcher and that you should be hearing from the driver by the week's end and she said the truck was in North Carolina already. She reminds us again to have the $2652 in cash or postal money order to give the driver.
Then Heather calls on Friday August 7 and told us that the driver should be calling us either that evening or by Saturday morning August 8 for the delivery time. She reminds us again to have the balance of $2652 in cash or postal money order for the driver.
We waited all day Saturday for the call from the driver as you only get an hour window. Nothing. Then we get a call from the driver Saturday evening at 5:30 after waiting all day saying he is in Illinois (not North Carolina!) and would be arriving Sunday morning between X:XX-XX:XX am. He repeats and reminds us to have the $2652 in cash or postal money order.
We were also told by Heather that a local crew in our area would be hired to help the driver unload.
The driver shows up on time. No crew arrives. The driver Que, unloads most by himself with some help from my 70 year old husband. Now mind you my husband is helping unload the moving truck after we have paid $7,000 to these crooks!!!
Now after all this rigmarole - we start checking off items as they come off the truck on our very detailed spread sheet that has an account of every item and box with numbers.
My husband opens one of his drum cases; completely demolished! Another drum - the rim is cracked. His drum hardware bag - missing. Our teak kitchen table - missing; 3 boxes of valuable and sentimental items - missing. At this point we are completely distraught after we have been treated with such disrespect, been taken advantage of, ripped off, lied to and overcharged.
Then we get home and look at the inventory sheet that the movers from our originating house compiled, we see that they have written down 2 sofas!!! We only had 1 loveseat!!! Maybe that's how they pad the cubic feet.
Granted we bought moving insurance but between the cost of that and the $1000 deductible - our move just went up another $2000!!!!!
We hear nothing from them for weeks and then every communication with them began with the reminder for the balance of $2652 in cash. We contacted *** in Customer service about what happened. Crickets. They have our money - they're done with us.
There was no response to the lack of communication, the condition of our belongings, apologies for the delay, damaged and missing items, lies about where the truck was and a non-existing crew to help the driver unload.
My advice is not to use this company for obvious reasons, but don't use ANY moving company that sells your move to a broker. If you have the money, hire the big guys like Allied - who come to your house and inventory your items for an accurate estimate. Or use a POD. Don't get stressed out and lose sleep like we did every night.
Hopefully this company is already out of business or will be soon so as not to cause stress and suffering to other people. And of course what you put out you get back tenfold. When you treat people with goodness, respect, honesty and fairness - that will come back to you. You lie, cheat, scam, steal and don't let your customers know what's going on - well unfortunately your life is going to reflect that.

Pacific Coast Moving Response • Aug 17, 2020

We appreciate your feed back. We are sorry about your experience. We would like to clarify a few things. Tim drives a 2016 Toyota Camry. It's nice but hardly a fancy car. He doesn't own "designer" work out clothes. He was stressed about his wedding and was just trying to have casual conversation letting you know he was on the same page as you. We are sorry you took it as he was being unprofessional. He did put on a mask at the pick up. It's DOT regulations we tell you the price before anything goes on the truck. We don't "have you by the balls" you were more then welcome to cancel the move and hire a new company. Unfortunately the truck did break down. We did let you know as soon as you were loaded and when the truck was fixed and gave you 24 hours notice before delivery. We do remind each client about cash or postal money order on delivery. We didn't want any more delays just like you. It happens all of the time. We are thank the customer for the feed back and will use it to improve our processes moving forward.

Customer Response • Aug 19, 2020

My apologies for mentioning Tim's vehicle and manner of dressing. That was unprofessional and totally irrelevant to the issue that I have with your company.
Tim said he was very stressed out because he was supervising 3 other moves besides ours which was why he was acting so intense.
He later mentioned his wedding. I knew he was kidding in asking us for $10,000, but a poor choice of comment to make to an already stressed out customer that you just informed owed $2,000 more than the original estimate.
I think it is unprofessional and inappropriate to share with a customer why YOU are stressed out about YOUR job. Moving is noted as one of the top 3 stressful experiences along with death and divorce.
He did not wear a mask upon arrival and stated he did not want to wear one. I did say that would be okay if he kept 6 feet or more from us - which he was unable to do most of the time, particularly when showing us the 7 pages of paperwork we had to fill out.
"It's DOT regulations we tell you the price before anything goes on the truck." Yes, however, within 5 minutes of Tim's arrival and him looking at our boxes and furniture, he tells us quickly and emphatically, that we owe him $2000 more than the estimate we received from Joe Stoia.
He said he's been in the business long enough to eye ball it and that we were going to be taking up more cubic feet. Then he had the audacity to say he was adding the $2000 to our bill and that he wanted the second of three payments NOW so he could leave and go to his other moves he was supervising.
I told him we did not feel comfortable paying him until that truck was loaded and that he explain where the extra $2000 worth of cubic feet was. Of course my husband and I are not schooled in moving vernacular so we had no idea if he was telling the truth or not.
We were over 15 boxes from the estimate; 10 small and 5 medium. All the furniture I gave to Joe was the same if not lower as we got rid of a few things. Including the inventory they took where they listed 2 phantom sofa's whereas we only had one loveseat. So I am supposed to believe that 15 boxes took up $2000 worth of more cubic footage? Or was it the 2 phantom sofas? Interesting that the inventory sheet from your movers listed 2 sofa's when we only had 1 loveseat.
"We don't "have you by the balls" you were more then welcome to cancel the move and hire a new company."
You do have your customers by the balls. We had already paid the first non-refundable payment to Joe Stoia. It was around 4 in the afternoon on a Monday and my husband, cat and I were flying out the next day from CA to NC!!! You think we could have found a mover at 4:00 in the afternoon to come and load for a cross country move?! Please be honest and truthful here.
Yes the driver called us when the truck broke down. Then it was almost three weeks before we heard anything! We had no idea where the truck or our belongings were. 3 weeks later *** tells us the truck is in North Carolina and then Heather tells us the truck is in Illinois.
That does not instill confidence that your company doesn't know where your customers belongings are!
The first thing Heather, *** or the driver said was a reminder about the balance due. Not I'm sorry for the delay and that you haven't heard from us.
What you did not respond to from my review:
*** has the audacity to tell my husband, "stop calling me, you're blowing up my phone"! This is totally inappropriate to be telling your customer who is spending $7,000 on a move with your company.
We were told by Heather that a local crew in our area would be hired to help the driver unload.
No crew showed up. The driver, Que, unloaded by himself with help from my 70 year old husband! We paid your company $7,000 and my husband has to help the driver with a few heavy items?! You don't keep your word and either outright lie or give out misinformation.
You had no comment about the missing and damaged items. One drum completely destroyed, one drum damaged, a drum hardware bag missing, a teak dining table missing and 3 boxes missing!
We bought moving insurance but between the cost of that and the $1000 deductible - our move just went up another $2000!!!!! So we now have paid out of our pocket to replace some of the missing or damaged items.
My husband is a professional drummer and was looking forward to auditioning here with other musicians. That is now put on hold indefinitely until we deal with the insurance claim and he is able to find replacement drums.
My husband and I feel taken advantage of, overcharged, lied to and treated disrespectfully.
I hope that no one else has to go through the stress that we did dealing with your company and our damaged and missing items, some of which were very valuable and sentimental.
Please close your business so as not to cause any more harm to others. Or transform your company's mission and ethics to include honesty, clear communication and doing the right thing.

I had an overall positive moving experience with Pacific Coast Moving. They are quick to respond, they give reasonable and honest quotes that don't change at the end of your move and they're very professional overall.

I received a follow up email and phone call from their moving crew to ensure that I was satisfied. ð???. I can always appreciate service providers that go the extra mile for their customers.

If you're looking for a reliable and affordable moving company, look no further than Pacific Coast Moving. Thank you so much to this hardworking moving crew who never complained or made any excuses during or after my move!

Pacific Coast Moving quoted me a great price on a move from Carlsbad California to Augusta Georgia. The moving coordinator Chris was very patient answering all my questions from what's included in the move to extending additional coverage. The movers we're on time within the window for pickup and delivery.I had 3-21 day delivery and Pacific Coast Moving delivered our furniture in 9 days.My wife Ellen and I are satisfied customers.Thank you Chris, the foreman Sam and all the help provided.Excellent Job guys.

Moving estimate was completely incorrect. I was charged 80% more when everything was loaded even inventory list what exact same as during the estimation. After delivery, I am still missing about 15% if my items and customer support is completely ignoring. I will be filing a claim to police as I consider part of my items stolen by the company.

Moved from Sacramento, ca to Nevada. Most belongings were packed ahead of time so intention for move to go quickly. It didn't. They arrived four hours late, didn't load everything they said they would take and finally left at 11:00pm. Belongings went first to LA for storage then over week later re-loaded in another truck for move to Nevada along with someone else's stuff. We ended up with someone's stuff, lost a nice ladder, a few kitchen things, they broke a rocking chair and damaged my band saw. This was the worse event imagined! Save your blood pressure and go somewhere else!! I gave one star only because they won't accept a review unless I scored something. Otherwise, I would not have given them anytihing.

This company refused to issue any refund on a *** deposit and no services were rendered after they changed the contract the day of scheduled move
This company and I contracted on a move for 7/1/2020 they changed the pick up date the day before TWICE then when arriving movers came inside looked around for 10 minutes then demanded *** more dollars than the original estimate when notified we could not pay that and that was not the agreed price, they left. Upon reaching out to receive either services or a refund we were ignored then told that no refund would be issued per contact but the company is the one who changed the contract. We signed for *** cubic feet then on the day of arrival they did not load anything and immediately asked for *** more dollars assuming the *** cubic feet would be our size. That size is not accurate with our household items which they took inventory of for max size a month beforehand.

Desired Outcome

There was no resolution. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I want our deposit back as now we are homeless and lost all items in our home.

Quoted a price and doubled it at loading even though we did not use twice the truck space for which we were quoted and then didn't deliver on time.
We were quoted a price for moving and then on pick up they doubled the price even though we did not use anywhere near double the truck space for which we were originally quoted. We were also "guaranteed" delivery by 7/2/20. We received no updates on status after our load date and on the 2nd when we called to verify delivery we were told by *** that there should be a truck leaving in the next couple of days but that there was nothing more he could tell us. We asked to speak to a manager and were told he was unavailable and we would just have to wait for his call back. Then we were hung up on. We tried calling back several times only to be hung up on repeatedly and if we did connect back, we got *** again. He continuously informed us he was too busy to help us and he was the only person there. He would not give us any more information and hung up on us again. At this point we have been double charged and still do not have our stuff or even an anticipated date for delivery. The company refuses to provide any information to us on the status and have yet to even utter any apology for the inconvenience or offer any remedies to the situation.

Desired Outcome

At this point we are requesting that the billing be adjusted since the guaranteed delivery date was not met as well as to make a proper adjustment for the amount of truck space actually used. We would also like a current delivery status and commitment for a delivery date.

Pacific Coast Moving Response • Jul 22, 2020

We are very sorry about the customers experience. The final week of June is the busiest moving week of the year. Unfortunately the truck with the customers belongings went into the shop on July 1st. We did not have any extra trucks and all Budgets, Enterprises, and Penske's are out of trucks at this time of year. The customer did not pay for Premium Guaranteed Service delivery. PGS is explained under the terms and conditions of the customers estimate. The customer was picked up in southern California on June 25th and delivered July 5th in Oregon.

and his team were very responsive with all questions as we prepared for moving day. On the day of the move, there was a personnel miscommunication and the truck had to wait on one helper to drive in to join them before they could come to our house and begin. They arrived quite a bit later than we would have liked, but once they were there, they were ALL business. We had Sammie as our foreman. His guys loaded boxes like a game of Tetris. They were very careful with our things, and made sure to ask lots of questions to us about wrapping and protection to ensure that our priority items were given special attention. It was 1scoarching hot out , so we made sure to stock them with lots of water and some sweat towels to help. We also ordered them a pizza to thank them. Even with a quick stop at our storage unit, we STILL ended up completely done in 4 hours total! These guys worked their butts off. They were no-nonsense and were always communicated to each other - they had an efficient system in place and all we could do was ask what we can do to help. This wasn't their first rodeo! Any one moving out of California should give Pacific Coast Moving a call

Huge roll of the dice. If nothing goes wrong, they're great. If something does go wrong, they will just take your money and run.

In our case, they made a lot of false claims about the services and protection they would provide us.

They lost a suitcase with all my partner's clothes, as well as a few other items. We had signed up for full value protection, but they denied this, despite a clear signature. Said we'd only get $0.60 per pound of stuff lost (basically, they'd give us a few bucks to cover thousands of dollars of items they lost).

Super rude, unprofessional. Oh, and the delivery came a week late and the delivery driver tried to charge us an extra $250 to move our stuff into the apartment, which we were promised would be free. Ended up having to do it ourselves.

Ugh.

This is what you are looking for whenever you're in the market for a full service, reliable moving service. I would recommend, and use this company again and again. My neighbor is moving soon I plan to recommend this company to her. They were on time, pleasant and got the job done in a professional and timely fashion.

The attention to detail is outstanding!!! Sam, Xavier, Chris, and Roman are assets to your company!

Phenomenal company!!! I recently moved from San Francisco to South Florida. I was very stressed out because this was my first time moving out of state and I have so many friends and family members that have had horrible experiences with moving companies...but not with Pacific Coast Moving. From the moment I spoke with my representative Trisha she spent so much time explaining the moving industry to me which had me feeling better. From the time the movers arrived they were 100% professional! They even practiced complete safety precautions. They packed my entire house including my boxes and they blanket and pad wrapped all of my furniture. They gave me a 2 week window for it to arrive in Florida and it got here sooner. Not 1 thing was broken and not 1 item was missing. I highly recommend this company. I couldn't be happier with this company. They were very professional.

Pacific Coast Moving met my "Expectations above & beyond"
They are dependable, timely, courteous & pay attention to those little details which are not so little, especially when moving.
Especially would like to tha*** for his Professionalism and Pacific Coast Moving for making my cross country move a "Positive Experience."

Professional, kind and courteous from start to finish! Recommend Pacific Coast 100%!

Run! Don't even think twice, just hang up on these guys before they sell you into the worst move you'll ever experience. Trust me, once you call them to ask about the status of your items in transit, they'll be the ones to hang up on you! That sweet-talk and customer-centric tone they poured on you during your cold call sales pitch will disappear faster than 5G downloads!

I want to save as many people as possible from making the mistake of doing business with Pacific Coast Moving (PCM). I also find it important to expose a company that carelessly handles other people's items, reneges on its promises, argues with you instead of admitting fault, tell you your delusional when you make a good case, and intentionally hang up on you after you ask about the whereabouts of your items. (Yeah, I'm talking to you Joe, ***, & ***... and yes, I'm a "real customer" so try a better PR strategy than to discount me as a fake customer.. or maybe just try being honest, having some integrity, and communicating. Trust me, it factors into a long-term strategy of customer satisfaction and an overall positive view of your company. But most importantly, you'll be able to serve your customer base a lot better.)

Make sure to take a screenshot of the initial contract you sign because they won't provide you with a standard PDF. No, they'll provide you a link with your Signed-Agreed-upon Quote that becomes inaccessible after your items have shipped. The link, simply says, "Please contact Customer Service."

Next, take whatever timeframes they say they can deliver over the phone or through email correspondence with a grain of salt. Joseph Stoia was the sales rep who sold me on my move by telling me he could get my items to my destination by June 1st by (ironically) telling me all other competing companies overpromise and I couldn't be sure my items would arrive as planned if I went with THEM.

My entire first work week, I had no furniture and PCM could care less.

On June 8th, I get a call from the truck driver saying they're about an hour out. Finally! I take off from work to meet the moving crew at my apartment. I pay them the amount owed and they begin to unload the truck. But wait, it gets better, the items on the truck belong to someone else. They sent the wrong shipment all the way from California to Texas! Unbelievable. I called and told Joe the situation and he said, well, PCM is going to have to eat the costs on this one (big lie). We messed up!

The movers call me back at midnight and tell me they found my lamp, half of my desk, and my bicycle so they bring it to me the next morning at 6am.

Another week goes by and I'm still sleeping on the floor. I called Joe and he tells me he's not responsible for what happened and that I'll have to talk with *** the Operations Manager at customer service. I call *** and he says that he's on the other line and he'll call me back. After the 5th time I call, *** gives me ***'s number which goes straight to voicemail. Nobody, is answering my calls and no one is claiming any sort of responsibility for messing up my shipment. I'm now being avoided.

It's now June 18th. I had the option of going with three other moving companies but now I've been sleeping on the floor for 20 days straight, have 95% of my furniture missing, and have been hung up on more times in the past 2 weeks than I have in 10 years!

Listen folks, do yourself a favor and go with another mover. This company only cares about getting paid. They exploit the leverage they have once your items are in their possession and will leave you hanging out on a limb. They take no responsibility for any mistakes they make, they fail to communicate when an issue arises, and they are completely disrespectful.

50 days! from pick up to delivery
When the truck finally arrived our dishes were broken, chairs missing, heirlooms and valuables stolen
They were rude on the phone. Hung up on me. Took no promised Covid -19 precautions, no masks, no gloves, no booties. The delivery had "hidden" expenses- just like the pick up did
When the items were picked up the guy in charge removed ALL the hardware and put them in one backpack. Then they lost that backpack. So, beds, tables, couches, chairs cannot be assembled because we have NO hardware. In my 14 moves, THIS is the very worst experience we have had.
when we posted on social media a driver from this company contacted us and told horror stories, our was not the only nightmare

Awesome Company! I was looking for a solid moving company for a family member to get her furniture and everything else across the country and thankfully I was referred to Pacific Coast Moving from a friend of mine who used them to move to New York. I checked them out and they seemed to be a legitimate company. I compared their estimate to some other companies and I like what I saw so I went with them. *** stayed in contact with me the entire time. His customer service was exceptional. Tim and his team took extra care of my Aunt's piano and her grandfather clock. They were very careful with my furniture and I appreciate that. My entire family is happy she is now with us. The delivery guys were great. We had Sammie. His team went above and beyond. They staged her entire house, hooked up the washer and dryer, hung a few tv's, they even brought her a house warming gift. Pacific Coast Moving was just what we were looking for in a moving company and I'd recommend them to anyone. My entire family says thank you!

charged double the estimate. I gave a detailed list of my items. Boxes were opened and several items stolen and damaged.
Case number is ***. Price was double the estimate. I gave a detailed list of my items and actually had less. I was quoted $4321.38 and charged***. I clearly advised there were steps at pick up and drop off. Plus I gave them the exact address. On pickup foreman was gave me new price I complained and he dropped to *** however he insisted I pay the entire amount in full. I have moved 12 times never had to pay in full on pickup. He lied to his supervisor and claimed I couldnt afford the move and that's why he charged me entire amount on pickup. I was given NO paperwork on pickup. On delivery was given no inventory list and only a invoice that I had to request from drived and he texted me after he left. They lost an entire box, a stepstool and totally destroyed a bookcase the foreman refused to pack on pickup. As I begin to unpack I realized several of my boxes had been opened, ransacked and items stolen. I will attach some of the items, there are so many I cant even list them all. The boxes were well packed by me. I have never had a broken item. They unwrapped all my items, stole what they wanted and then dumped everything back in box. I had several items broken. They broke a Cross that was my grandfathers which was double bubble wrapped and they left on top of the box. They sole all my costume jewelery, handbags, vitamins, perfume, paperwork, toilet paper holder, watering can a bag of zip ties! plus so much more! They re-tapped my boxes with the brown tape the movers were using. All my boxs were taped with clear they also left their boxcutter in one of the boxes. They opend any thing that had a zipper or box. I carried my expensive jewerly with me, however, all of my belongings are valuable to me. Many of my items were purchased out of the country and are irreplacable. There were 4-5 items on the truck that were not mine...so I am guessing my box and step stool went to that person. Yet the company cannot find them. *** is replying with one sentence emails. Stating they are looking for my box. It's over two weeks and I have no answer from company. I asked for a time line and names of supervisors who were involved in my move, the name and address of warehouse where my items were stored in LA. They have provided nothing. I was told by two movers one in LA and one in Chicago how they have a problem with theft...I didn't belive them. I said I've moved 12 times and NEVER had one thing stolen. A few items scratched or dented but never theft. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this entire move. I want an entire refund of move. I experienced over *** in damages or loss and I will never get these items back or replaced.

Desired Outcome

I want my entire move refunded due to the unprofessional service I received from the begining of my trip to the total lack of regard for my belongings. This company states there are no hidden costs and they lied there were many hidden costs and they do not have control of their employees. I was expecting a professinal move and did not receive one for the price I paid. I had 2 movers on the delivery and had to unwrap all my furniture and put my dining room table back together myself. I am still waiting for an inventory of my items.

Customer Response • May 19, 2020

The company has contacted me directly and is trying to resolve the issue. I would like to suspend the claim until they have given me the offer.
Thank you

Customer Response • Jun 29, 2020

Please reopen this complaint The company has offered me $50 for over $4,000 of damage and loss. They claim I should have inspected every box before the movers left. They claim they didn't pack the items broken, however, all the items broken with boxes that were opened and pilfered by their employees. There were items not on the inventory and I never received an inventory on delivery! Please help me and other consumers from this scam company. They bullied me into taking down all my reviews saying they would not look at my claim until I removed all my complaints. I have Their denial letter and I will forward to you on a separate email. Thank you
