Pacific Coast Moving Reviews (%countItem)

So many calls, crazy times going on in the world. So many hurdles to jump, needed a great mover. 60 calls later, spoke with Pacific Coast...great reviews, not a broker. The crew picked us up, price was about 150 different from what we were quoted, Ana's, I believe and his crew packed everything well, even my wife was impressed. Got to Florida, and a few days later, a delivery with no issues. A few nick's and small scratches. Set everything back up and we were set. We got lucky when *** called us..they did what they said they'd do..thanks again.

I had a terrific experience with Pacific Coast Moving. This was my first out-of-state move with my family and I didn't know where to begin. But as soon as I spoke with Pacific Coast moving, I felt much more assured. They were very accommodating and available without being too "salesy". They gave us a great deal, and both the loading and unloading crew were all professional but very down-to-earth and friendly too.

I couldn't believe how efficiently they packed the truck, and they also picked up from two locations. But with so many belongings, there were a handful of items that wouldn't fit.

Fortunately they had another truck doing a pickup nearby that had extra room, so they came late at night after their other job just to pick up our remaining items, and still honored the discounted rate.

The only thing I would've changed is that they said some of our biggest items didn't require wrapping since we had the truck to ourselves and they would only be handled again upon arrival at our new place. But our big white board ended up getting a dent in it.

Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to others.

Hi Lauren,

Thank you so much for the great review. We are happy we were able to meet your expectations. We were close to making it fit but we never want to risk anything getting damaged. If there's anything we can do for you in the future just let us know. Thanks!

In order for me to get the location of the storage this company put my things, they want me to pay ***
This Company will not give me an invoice.
I spoke with *** on March 12 2020 and did a check over the phone for $515.00 & another check for $570.00 over the phone. Three movers cam to my home at ***
On the day the movers came I also gave them another check $800.00. *** operations manager called me to see what day I was going to be in Alabama.
The movers got Alabama and put my things in storage and will not tell me what storage until I go to chase or wells Fargo bank to deposit $*** in their account.

I asked for a invoice stating the amount $*** says logistics cannot do it and I will have additional storage fees to pay if I dont.

PLEASE help me all I want is my things and for them to hold them is very disappointing.
I trusted this company to deliver my things to 656 Azalea Rd #131 Mobile Alabama senior apartments complex and Pacific coast movers did this and don't want to give paperwork of additional charges of $***.

I told them I will do PayPal they said NO it needs to go to their bank.
PLEASE help me get my items from them.

I have the $*** but I cannot give it to them without invoice of $*** they will be receiving.

I'm in Mobile Alabama at the senior apartments complex with NO furniture.

Thank you for your help

Desired Outcome

For my furniture to be delivered and if not, email me an invoice stating the amount I need to pay because I have NO PAPERWORK after my furniture was loaded on the truck. *** was the one in charge of movers and did additional paperwork that he said I would get but never. His number *** He will tell you that no paperwork was given. *** I have also filed a complaint with the FMCSA this morning. Thank you for your time and responding

We are very sorry about the customers experience. We would like to clarify what happened. We arrived at the customers house to find she had hired another moving company. The customer said she didn't remember asking them to come. We explained to her she had given us a deposit for the move for the move and we were the company she paid. When we did the revised estimate we told her she had more items she agreed and said she was quoted on 900 cubic feet. We showed her, the signed estimate and the verification email that was sent 3 days before the move confirming the 822 cubic feet she was quoted on.
The customer gave us a first available delivery date of April 8th in Mobile Alabama. We were ready and waiting 2400 miles away on February 8th in Mobile Alabama for the customer. She said she was in San Antonio and she would not be there. We put the customers items in storage. The customer needed to pay her balance before releasing her items.
We found the customer the least expensive route to get the customer her items. The customer was NOT charged an additional $2400. The customer was changed an additional $1100 for the extra items she put on the truck. The customer has been delivered.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Consumer is doing what they do best lying. I have attached the storage information that the company put my household items in on the 4th of April before I even got my keys on the 8th. The $*** was the remainder to be paid after my furniture was put in my senior apartment but that NEVER happened because this Pacific coast movers business practices were unacceptable. I don't accept the response as a resolution. Pacific coast movers needs to refund me $***.
Again they have not talked to me and have no integrity for their customers. I have uploaded several documents including the storage paperwork showing dates. Revdex.com let me know what documents you need to make that Consumer refund me. I have pictures, please agreements, storage paperwork, my receipt that I paid for movers to move my things out of storage. I DON'T ACCEPT THERE RESPONSE.
I NEED REFUND $*** for what they did was not right.

Thank you so much for your help in trying to resolved this problem. They were wrong and they know it.

Please see the attached Bill of Lading with the customers signature on it with the First Available Delivery Date on April the 6th. The storage was taken out on April 4th however that is not when the customers items were delivered to the storage. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT SHOW UP TILL APRIL 14Th. The customer left the storage unit a mess and the storage facility charged us an additional $150. There will be NO refund.

I don't believe these people. Revdex.com PLEASE review the information I uploaded. The storage was filled up on April 4th by one man driving a simi truck. They purchased the unit on the 3rd, I uploaded that information. They got the storage for free but charged me $79.
The items was left in the storage belongs to another family that has blue tags, my boxes had orange tags. Revdex.com you have the correct information from me because these people are scam artist. I'm going to file a complaint with DMV as well.
I am still requesting $***.
Maybe I should get an Attorney to look into their business practices to see how many complaints they have. No I do not accept this business proposed resolution. That is NOT acceptable business practices.

Thank you Revdex.com for your help.

After getting bombarded with phone calls my brother and I really liked Kristin. They were not the cheapest, but I trusted my gut. Kristin took her time and answered all our questions. She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear like some of the other pushy salesman from other companies. I'm very skeptical of everything and this was no different. Kristin spent hours on the phone with my Brother. Finally he felt comfortable which is not easy. The move went great. Cindy and Dawn kept in contact with us and all our items were delivered in a timely manner. I'd personally recommend Pacific Coast Moving to anyone looking for a moving company and Kristin deserves a raise!

Hi Sarah,

Thank you so much for the kind words. We will definitively look into giving Kristin a raise. Kristin is our of our best employees. Please let us know if you can help you in anyway. Enjoy your new home!

Phenomenal job! Professional, friendly, and patient staff. They moved me from California to Texas in record time. I was a bit nervous about the move, but my driver Edwin kept me informed and eased my apprehensions about the long haul. Great expierence! Great company! They'll be my first choice if I ever move again.
