The customer purchased four of our 8”x 10” Endura Stone Columns in a Textured Finish, Pebble stone colorThe columns were fulfilled and shipped as placedReviewing our customer service team case, the complaint was regarding the customer being unsatisfied with the color of the columns they chose
The customer was advised the columns were discontinued and cannot be returnedThe columns are able to be painted over to a color of the customer’s choosingOur sales team walked the customer through this processThe textured finished columns have unfortunately been discontinued this yearThe columns do still carry the lifetime warranty, any warranty issues with the columns and will be replaced with our paintable columns if there our any issues. We are very sorry you are dissatisfied with your columnsWe always strive for 100% customer satisfaction always. The picture you sent looks correct to usOur Endura-Craft columns are always made with rounded corners on the raised panels unless otherwise specifiedThe website doesn’t specify
either way, and the pictures online are not detailed enough to tell either way.We also offer “square corner” raised panel column, but it costs a little more than the standard, and needs to be specified as such before ordering.Potential solutions for you:A) Use the columns as they areWe use this design because it is very well liked by most customers.B) Have a carpenter adjust the columns on site (the materials work just like wood in terms of routing and sanding)

I received an email saying I had changed my order, which I did not. Then when I called to follow up was pressured into a size shutter that is unusable. The customer service I have received since has been unsatisfactory and I'm now stuck with a product that is unusable and out a considerable amount of money. I'd like a refund. I'm happy to st these shutters back.

Thank you for taking the time to write us regarding your experience with our company.   After having looked through your order, I would like to address the complaints made. An order was placed for (9) pairs of custom vinyl shutters at a 70" height on 7/21/16. Our customer service team...

emailed on 8/11/16 to inform you the manufacturer was unable to produce the shutters at 70" but the shutters could be made at 69" or 71". Later in the day on 8/11/16 you called in to our customer service team to approve the shutters being made at 71". The shutters were put into production and shipped on 8/15/16. Unfortunately the shutters were shipped two days after our normal lead time. We are very sorry for the delayed shipment and would like to offer you a $50 credit for any inconvenience the delay in shipping might have caused you. The 70" shutters you choose to purchase are a custom, made to order product. We do not offer returns on any custom items as stated on the product page, http://www.architecturaldepot.com/PVPC.html. Once our customer service team was made aware the shutters you choose were not available at exact height ordered they reached out to you to select a new height or cancel the order for a full credit. You choose to have the shutters made at a 71" height. The new shutter sizes offered were in the exact same custom vinyl shutter style as you ordered. The size change did not make the order custom, this was already an custom non returnable item. I am sorry if you feel you were pressured in choosing the shutters at a 71" height, I can guarantee you that was not the case. It is in our best interest to have our customer's receive items that work for their projects. A credit of $50 will be applied to your payment method for the two day delay in shipping.
