Pacific Pool and Spa- when they serviced my pool the main guy used pliers to force the handle on the pump and broke itThey also broke jets in the poolThey left water in the lines when they plugged the lines with the water level being over the jets When I called about all the mishaps and the replacement, Roy was rude, condescending, abrupt and extremely unprofessionalI still do not have replacement and I had to purchase jets they broke and a pump to lower water level which they should have done before closing the pool
