This order Was made for a product that was discontinued We had not been updated by our supplierNot knowing that it was discontinued, the employee ordered the item to be shipped directly to customer That employee left my employment in the intervening time and forgot to mention anything about this to his manager or other employees 100% of the customers money has been refunded as of 2:00PM Pacific Time Sorry for the inconvenience

check to customer Customer has been informed that he must with draw his charge back claim with credit card company When we have confirmation of the charge back withdrawal we will send out a check for merchandise as agreed by customer

The merchant has not told the truth at all during this transactionTheir first excuse for not issuing the refund was" we are not sure the credit card company is charging you" after getting that resolved the next excuse was " We (the merchant) have not received our credit from our supplier yet" After I called their supplier and was told that was untrue, the next excuse was "we won't issue you your refund until you drop all disputes against us with the credit card company, the Revdex.com, and the state attorney general"I told them the dispute with the credit card company would be resolved when I received my refund Pacific Supply Group has been of no help in resolving this dispute and even went so far as to lie in their reply to the credit card company, telling them that I had given them the dimensions of the wrong rims that they had sent meThey also did finally agree that that was not what actually happened and blamed the untrue response letter on a girl in the officeTheir "F" rating with the Revdex.com is well deserved and if their is a lower rating than "F" then they should receive itThe dispute started on 1/and was not financially resolved until 5/when the credit card company reversed the charges permanentlyI wish I had read the reviews about this company on the Revdex.com website before I attempted to purchase anything from them

Customer has been contacted many times.  He is abusive on the phone.  Customer has filed a charge back with his bank and he wants to be refunded as well. We can not refund customer until charge back is resolved.  If customer wants to cancel charge back action,  we will send him his money.   He has refused to cancel charge back.  We have no other alternative than to wait for the out come of the chargeback that he has filed. It is his own actions that has made the refund take so long.  We have received product and normally would have been happy to refund.

Pacific Supply needs to credit $527.56 to my credit card. The card ends with [redacted]. If they need to contact me to have me give them the entire card number, I am more than willing to do that to get this resolved. As I told Jim J[redacted] at Pacific Supply, I will call the credit card company, the Northwest Revdex.com, and the State of Connecticut attorney general and tell them all that this has been resolved AS SOON AS I RECEIVE MY REFUND. I have been more than patient for the last 3 months trying to get this resolved   even though they admitted it was their mistake, they have been less than helpful untill I got the Revdex.com involved. [redacted]Customer tried to return a substantial amount of product 6 months after original transaction. We accommodated customer with instore credit.issue was resolved. We sell rare parts for old rare machines.  These parts are hard to get.  it often takes time to round up these parts.

We show that UPS delivered the product on Wednesday, June 1st.  Apparently there was a delay in Iowa due to the storms.

customer placed order for 3 items on July 16,  on July 17,   2 of the items left our warehouse USPS tracking number [redacted].   Also,  on july 17 a purchase order was placed with book publisher to send the book directly to customer.  We do this...

because it gets book in customers hands as fast as possible. Every customer that calls and leave a return phone number,  gets a call back. This is the first that I have heard of this complaint,  I have no record of it in email.

We apologize for the complaint and tardiness of service as we do our best to make sure each order is fulfilled. I do see this order was sent out on 11/18. We hope you were able to put your tractor back together in great working order. In the future we hope to have your business again.
