This order Was made for a product that was discontinued.  We had not been updated by our supplier. Not knowing that it was discontinued, the employee ordered the item to be shipped directly to customer. 
That employee left my employment in the intervening time and forgot to mention...

Our system maintains a change log whenever the description of items for sale is changed or edited.  The text above was the text as it was shown the day that the customer purchased the kit.  The date listed above is the date that the item description was entered by Alexander.  
In our effort to clear up this situation, we have sent the customer the wiring at no charge.  We have also edited the text of the description to separate out the portion about the wiring harness not being included with the kit and added the additional part numbers for customer ease.
