My husband and I bought a home last yearOur mortgage is serviced through Pacific Union FinancialMy husband works in the oil & gas industryFor several reasons, this industry is failingMany companies have closed, and those that remain open have had mass lay-offsMy husband was recently laid off from his company after years of serviceWe are stretched very thin and have trouble paying our billsOur savings has been depletedAnd though I work, I do not make enough to support my family aloneOur mortgage has fallen behindWith that being said, Pacific Union Financial has had to start collection callsIf you've ever dealt with collection calls, you are familiar with how stressful those calls areYou are already distraught and stressed about not being able to financially support your family, and then the collection agents are usually very pushy and rudeThey tend to bully youThis description holds true for most, but not for Pacific Union FinancialThe employees are always so polite and compassionateThey are nothing but helpful and understandingEvery call I've ever placed or received from Pacific Union Financial has been a very pleasant experience(And there have been many callsCollection calls as well as calls initiated by me to make a payment or an arrangement.) This company truly values their customersThe customer service agents are caring and considerateThey never harass us about a late paymentThey call us with a friendly reminder and offer options and advice specific to our mortgagePacific Union Financial is truly a wonderful company and a pleasure to do business with

David was very considerate and conscientious in working with us to refinance the house He was always available and always friendly

I have been going through a refinance with Pacific Union and already have a loan with themI have been harassed by their collection department threatening me dailyThey have been trying to intimidate me into making a payment even though I'm refinancing with their company and have a new loan numberThey even noted my account for the refinance and the collections department is still harassing meI was told by my loan officer to have them call himI was told rudely by the collection department we don't do that have him contact usYou is work for the same company communicateThen I was told by my loan officer the collection department is aggressive I then received a call days after my loan was funded saying they are reporting me days late to the credit bureau and I need to pay today, after my loan was already funded.They're just using scare statistics by claiming they reported me days late on your loan, claims my loan officerI'll never do business with this company again due to thisMy loan officer Vernon refused to contact them on my behalf to stop these callsThis company is a joke that they can't even communicate with each other and stop harassing their customers who are paying $for a refinanceI would never recommend this company to any family or friendsWhen we decide to move I will be finding another mortgage company as Pacific Union Financials has some serious issues they need to work on

I have the worst experience dealing with this companyOn 04/10/I called in to asked that a scheduled draft for my house payment Not take place on that certain day but for it to be done two days laterWell I hate I ever called in because the CSR didn't do want I asked and that caused my husband and I checking account to go into overdraft, because two payments came out of the account, causing my husband and I to accrued several fee and return checks/ feesI called on 04/14/to find out what happened and I was lied too, then I was placed on hold for a Supervisor, I spoke with Mike and he went to listen to call, [redacted] called me back and told me that the CSR didn't understand what I was requestingREALLY!!! THE Supervisor went on to tell me that my money along with the fees will be getting overnighted to me but on 04/16/another payment went through causing me to lose my entire payroll along with my husband losing part of his payrollI called again this time I spoke with [redacted] another supervisor (a smart mouth heifer)I was I needed to send in a written statement to get the money back, I did that and on 04/22/I still haven't received the money that was supposed to Overnight back to my husband and I

David was very helpful during the entire year when look for my first homeDuring this process he was very informative and explained every step of the wayThe process of buying my home was very smooth even though it took about a year to buy it

They lied to us tooNo one seems to know the answer to any questionYou can make a one time payment nowCall back min later and someone says I have to pay full months or I can't pay at all They say they will try to help you (I was briefly unemployed) and they didn't refer us to anything other than making months worth of mortgage payments we couldn't afford due to situation During this time, they called inccesantlyIt wouldn't have been so bad had it been a human, but it was always a recording They then had me fill out forms for assistance and fax them inI followed their instructions and confirmed with themUpon follow up weeks later, they said they had not received anything and that I had faxedThey then continued to try to get me to make payments that I didn't obviously have due to the situation This company liesThey must not train their employeesIf you look on glass door,, even the employees complain that they receive horrible training Is this a company I really want handling most of my monthly income??? Absolutely notAnd you shouldn't either

Pacific Union Financial refinanced two mortgages for me at the same time Everyone in the process was extremely responsive and communication was great They answered all my questions and concerns immediately Loan closed on time and with no issues I would definitely work with Pacific Union in the future

Had a great experience doing a refinance with Pacific Union FinancialThey are prompt, friendly and very easy to work withEverything was done electronically and then they come to your home for the closing Very convenient

I did my refinance through this company, since my mortgage was already with themThey told me that the terms of the way loans were done and they could get me a lower rate on my loan without an appraisal or running my credit Turns out the person I spent two months working with was a liar and didn't disclose everything with me I felt pressured to sign stuff that I wasn't comfortable with Being a new home buyer this was a nightmareI will be looking to get rid of them as soon as I can fix what they did!!!

My experience was great they took care of everything and even somebody came to my house to do the final part workI strongly recommend this institution , again thank you for a great experience

Pacific Union Financial is an awesome company to do business with we have refinanced a couple of times with this company, and we have nothing but positive things to say about this companyThey handled our process very efficiently and satisfactoryWe would recommend then to any one wanting a home loan or refinance at a low interest rate

This company is really caring for the needs of the clients and they worked profesionally and making sure I am comportable during the while processThey make sure I understand all the documents before signing and they are ready to accomodate any question and/or requests

I recently refinanced my mortgage with pacific and the whole process was a breezeThey have been servicig my loan from day one and never had amy issuesThey are experienced and go the extra mile in proving service

I had a very positive experience working with MrDwayne Scott He is responsive, answered all of my questions and gave me the information that I needed to make a sound financial decision for me and my family What started as an FHA refi, ended up being a refi to a 20-year conventional loan I credit this to his customer service and willingness to help find the best loan for me He ran me multiple scenarios and explained the differences between them He was patient and willing to get the the bottom line on things that I wanted to know Once I went forward with the refi documentation, it was a smooth transition on my end and he remained available to me throughout every stepI would use his services again and will definitely recommend him to other people Thank you Lilly Myers

The people are nice and helpful

This place does not care about a closing date at allThey say they will rush everything but then in the end it takes even longerThey tell you they will send you a email by the end of the day on a update and they don't even do thatI would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy

My family was affected by the Baton Rouge flood that took place August 14, We have contacted this company every day since August 15, This company is holding our flood insurance check and is leaving a family of homeless We have reached out to the company EVERY DAY to no avail We get different answers as to when we will get our first draw of funds to pay the contractor every day We were told it was being over nighted only to be told that someone misinformed us as that no check has been sentWe didn't qualify for FEMA assistance and we are in a city with no family however the insurance that we pay each month to cover us in the event of a disaster happening is not covering us at all The mortgage company told us if we didn't like their service to find another mortgage company We explained our situation and gave all the documents needed and were told that our situation doesn't mean they are supposed to rush documents We have asked for a supervisor ever day this week and not one day this week was a supervisor availableI need to speak with someone who can help me

David provided amazing service and helped us through the refinance processIf I had known how smooth and easy the process was, we would have done it years agoI could not speak more highly about the how much easier the process was with the customer service that we received
