Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The response I got does not answer my questionI am not tax exempt and will be happy to pay tax if it is charged in right wayMy specific question is 'All the taxes are supposed to be per usage (either or per unit) as mentioned in the attached image of my billConnection fee does not have any usage and there is no units used in my billHow can they multiply the tax per unit by 10'This is completely wrong tax calculation and the taxes are only supposed to be calculated if I have used any units of electricity'.If the person who answered my previous question has problems understanding this, he/she can talk to their supervisorIf they are unable to answer my specific question and provide me reimbursement of the wrongly charged tax and my time, I have no option other than taking a legal action for doing tax fraud and will ask them to pay back to every single people they charged extra.Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted],
Per our conversation, Pacificorp has not resolved the subject issue.  I want the complaint re-opened.
I did speak with Pacificorps Travis J[redacted] who gave me some opinions and excuses which I cannot verify as Pacificorps Policy.  Their public statement (Generally, we remove trees that pose a serious threat to safety and electric service) has no cop out qualifiers such as low voltage or customer responsibility.
What a terrible example of customer service.
Their statement "Rocky Mountain Power's vegetation department has reviewed the situation and found the tree poses no threat to Rocky Mountain facilities" is interesting.  Their policy as listed above is for a threat to safety and electric service, not their facilities, although it certainly is.
How anyone can think an old dead tree that is cracked, has had a branch fall off, overhangs the power line which it misses by a few inches, -is not a threat to safety and service is beyond comprehension.
The line feeds 7 houses which are direct connected, meaning when the line comes down in will pull the connects to our houses down.  This will pull out pieces of our roofs or walls.  Hot Wires would be laying on the ground.  It would take considerable time to restore our power.  Their short term gain will cost them much more when the tree falls.
They are violating State and Federal Regulations.  Would the  Revdex.com provide me with contact information for these agencies?
Please do not ask me if the issue is resolved until the tree is removed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
