Continually interrupted service every 24 hours
Since joining total wireless the end of December 2019 I have had no service for 3/4 of that time up until today the last week of December 2019 and the whole month of January 2020 I had to call them every 24 hours because my LTE calling would go out. They would reboot my phone and update my Settings and it would be fine for 24 hoursThey have asked me to call from a different number to reboot my phone I did several times they said they would send me SMS text messages and how to do it myself I never received them I still am calling them every day between 2 PM and 3 PM because my LTE Calling goes out there has got to be a solution and they refuse to fix it

Desired Outcome

If they can fix my phone for 24 hours they should be able to fix it permanently. The resolution I am seeking is to have my cell phone work all the time

we are not total wireless we can activate the devices but can not repair or access there account anything that is a problem after activation total wireless customer service is to be contacted we have no control over there account or issues with it so if they are seeking a solution they need to talk to total wireless we do what we can but there is not much we can even do but call customer service ourselves

I ORDERED A NEW IPHONE6S WITH A EMPLOYEE AT PAGE PLUS . AND WHEN ORDER CAME IN IT WAS A USED SCRATCHED DIRTY PHONE . ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK .
THIS NIGHTMARE STARTED 12-7-19 WITH PAGE PLUS CELLULAR STORE ON MONROE ST . EMPLOYEE*** ORDERED US A NEW IPHONE 6S . IT HAVING THE PHONE IN MY HANDS CAME IN ONE WEEK LATTER 12-14-19 . WE PUT MY PHONE # IN THE NEW PHONE FOR ANOTHER $30. CHARGE THAT DAY . NOW IM INTO THIS PHONE FOR AROUND $276. TOTAL . I QUESTIONED WHY IT DID NOT COME IN A NEW BOX AND*** SAID THATS HOW THEY COME FROM PAGE PLUS . AFTER HAVING THE PHONE IN MY HANDS I NOTICED THE IT SCRATCHED AND DIRTY . USED NOT EVEN REFURBISHED . SO*** TOOK THE PHONE BACK THAT DAY AND SAID THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A MIX UP . SO AT FIRST I TOOK HER AT HER WORD . SO NOW I HAVE NO CELL PHONE AND NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR A NEW PHONE . WE WIFE AND I CALLED LATTER AND SAID PLEASE*** CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND ME THE ORDER . AND TOLD HER WE TALKED TO PAGE PLUS HEADQUARTERS AND THEY SAID IT SHOULD HAVE CAME IN A NEW IPHONE BOX . SO THEN HEADQUARTER P.P. SENT ME OUT A NEW PHONE FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE . AND SAID JUST CALL THE TOLEDO STORE AND REFUND THE $ . ANYWAY*** SAID TO CALL SHAWN FOR A REFUND LATTER DAY ON SUNDAY . 4 DAYS AWAY . HE STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME SOMETHING ON THIS MESS . BUT I SAID NO WAY . THIS IS ALL FRAUD ACTIVITY ON YOUR PART . ON THE 2ND .PHONE CALL 12-23-19 TO US WIFE HOME PHONE . HE AS ASKED ME IF I ALREADY PUT IN FOR A FULL REFUND WITH MASTER CARD . AND I SAID YES . BOTTOM LINE HE SAID THAT HE CAN NOT REFUND US TWICE . I SAID , NO IF YOU REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT ITS ALL DONE WITH . YOU CAN NOT BE CHARGED TWICE . I SAID FOR NOW THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO SAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. AND WILL HAVE TO LET MASTER CARD OR B.B.B. TO DEAL WITH THE STORE OR SHAWN . I JUST DON'T WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO HAVE TO GO THOUGH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM .

Desired Outcome

JUST NEED THE FULL REFUND ON TWO CHARGES ...... I WOULD LOVE TO GET COMPENSATION FOR ALL OUR TIME INTO THIS . IN OTHER WORD WE ARE NOT SQUARE . OR TAKEN CARE OF .

customer took action without give us chance to work things out with him the girl work here told him to call the manager and he will refund you but was on the weekend ..so I called him monday but he told me he already called and lie to credit card company and told them he wasnt the one he used the card to buy phone that is fraud to do so...so I told the customer I have to wait for if I get charged back on our bank account if they didnt charged me back I will give him the money back ...but few days later I got the letter for charge back and he got all his money back its stupid to give him his money back and I get charge back too few days later
called his credit card company and told them my card stolen which is not true SO THE CUSTOMER ALREADY GOT ALL HIS MONEY BACK NOW AND ITS DONE..
on other hand the customer claim we sold him used phone but the fact was the phone came from page plus company its not new but refurbished phone I have invoice to prove it.. that how alot of company do sell new or refurbished phone this days ..we been in business since 2010 we never have issues like that before we always work things out with customers ..
THE CUSTOMER TOOK ACTIN ON HIS OWN AND WE GOT CHARGED BACK FULLY WITH OUT GIVE US ANY CHANCE TO DO ANYTHING ....ITS CRAZY HOW SOME POEPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT SMALL BUSINESS HARD TO SURVIVE AND MAKE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT . We could dispute the claim by the customer for charge back but we didnt becouse we want to keep peace ..we still can dispute it the illegal charge back but we not going to since he got all his money back and we took lost .... I hope people understand how hard to keep small business going .. I hope the best for him and his family . and ill be happy to answer more qustiones ..thank you

FIRST I WAS PROMISED A NEW PHONE . THE PHONE GIVEN TO ME WAS DIRTY SCRATCHED AND USED . SECOND I SAID THAT I CAN NOT SIGN FOR A FRAUDULENT ACT UPON MYSELF. IT WAS THE RUN AROUND FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS WITH NO PHONE , THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DID WRONG . I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE . ALSO MY WIFE IS A WITNESS TO ALL THAT WENT DOWN . IM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW IPHONE ALL FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE JUNK GIVIN ME FROM THE TOLEDO STORE .TRY AND HELP A LOCAL STORE OUT JUST NOT THIS ONE . HAPPY NEW YEAR .

Larry has gotten a refund from his credit card company before he even contacted us with the issue he had. He asked us for an additional refund that we denied as he has already gotten a full refund from his credit card company.

I DID NOT ASK FOR TWO REFUNDS . MORE LIES . I HAD TO PUSH THEM TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT ALL THE WAY . GO TO A GOOD PHONE CO . NOT HERE .THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO SEND THE USED PHONE BACK . CRAZY

On 7/27/2019 I went into the Pageplus store on Monroe St. in Toledo, Ohio to purchase a brand new cell phone. Mind you, Before buying the phone I asked the sales assistant was the cell phone that I was purchasing a brand new phone and she assured me it was, since I did not want a used or refurbished phone. I bought the phone and I paid full price for it totaling $219.85/tax included. And to add I also asked about the return policy and she told me two weeks.
Now, about two or three days after purchasing the phone I was having some technical issues with the phone. I noticed the phone would freeze up often and many times I would be on the phone and the audio would go out. I would not be able to hear the person I'm talking to and or they would not be able to hear me. This went on for almost a week. So finally on 8/4/19 I returned the phone back to the store because of these problems. Now this time, I interacted with the store owner ***. I explained to him the problems I was having and he gave me another phone. I asked once again was that phone new and he told me yes they all are. He advised me if I have anymore problems to let him know.
I took the phone home and the very next day I was having problems again. Now the problem was with the charge. I don't notice it until suddenly my phone went from 50% change then it went dead. My phone would not stay on unless I had it hooked to the charger.
I plugged the phone up to charge for about 15 minutes and now the phone display a 93% charge. Immediately, I knew something was wrong with the phone once again. So, the very same day I took the phone back to the store. Again *** was there and he assisted me. I explained to him the new problems I was having and he switched the battery out of the phone I returned the day before with the phone I had now.
He advised me if I have anymore problems with the phone to bring the phone back and he will make things right for me even if it means getting me a better phone. Now, that same evening I notice the problem was not fixed. I called the store and spoke to the sales assistant. She said *** was not there and she would leave him a message to return my call. The next day I called the store and l spoke with ***, I advised him the problem was not fixed. He wanted to give me a different brand phone but I wanted to stay with Samsung. He told me he would have to order me a new phone and it would take a few days and he will call me when it was in.
It has been a week now since hearing from *** about the new phone. I have called several days in a row and he is never there to speak to me. The assistant keeps advising me they are waiting for the phone to be delivered, it should have been there by now, she is not sure what is going on with the delivery, they are not able to track the phone, and *** continues to not be available to discuss the situation. So finally I went to the store today 8/13/19 to speak with ***. Of course, I was advised he was not there and no new updates on the status of the delivery for the new phone. I requested a refund since now I am feed up with the run around and the assistant told me she can not refund my money and that was not possible since that is up to *** and he is not available.
So at this time I have a defected phone , no status of when I will get the new phone and *** is missing in action with a broken promise to replace my phone with a new one at equal value or a full refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want the defected phone replaced with the same brand new phone that I bought (Samsung J7 Sky Pro), or a brand new Samsung phone of equal value or a full refund and the return of the defected phone.

im so sorry I did not get some of my letters because go to next door some times by accident ... the last thing I want unhappy customer but I can offer here new phone my worker never told me about the situation im shocked why customer did not contact me directly ...

FIRST, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GET PAGE PLUS SERVICES, THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY, WITH NO CARE IN WORLD. I HAD AUTO PAY SETUP WITH MY DEBIT CARD EACH MONTH, MY CARD WAS LOST SO I RECEIVED NEW ONE. I CALLED PAGE PLUS 05/22/2019 TO RE-SETUP BILL. CUST SERVICE TOLD ME B/C PHONE HAD BEEN DEACTIVATED THAT MORNING FOR PAYMENT TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE A PAYMENT AND MY DEBIT CARD WILL BE SET FOR NEXT MONTH (JUNE 22 2019) BILL. BUT, SOMETHING TOLD ME I BETTER CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND THERE IT WAS 2 PAYMENTS . I CALLED PAGE PLUS BACK AND ADVISE A SUPERVISOR WHAT HAPPEN AND HE SAID, LIKE, NOT SURE A REFUND WILL BE MADE, SO I CALLED BY BANK AND FILED DISPUTE FOR DOUBLE PAYMENT, BANK GAVE BACK REFUND. I THEN RECEIVED TEXT FROM PAGE PLUS ON 06/11/2019 TELLING ME THAT A FRAUD CHARGE DISPUTE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE WITHIN 24 HOURS TO AVOID SERVICE DISCONNECTION. SO I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR THAT ADVISE ME THAT MY SERVICE WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED. THEN ON 06/17/2019 WHILE I WAS ATTENDING MY UNCLE FUNERAL, I TRIED CALLING MOM 3 TIMES, THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT MY PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED AND WAS BLOCK ENTIRELY FROM PAGE PLUS. I THEN HAD TO CALL MY BOYFRIED TO PUT ME ON 3 WAY WITH THEM, THAT WHEN A SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT B/C I FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK FOR $39.99 ($44.93 TAXES) DOUBLE PAYMENT, THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH IN WHICH THEY STILL HAVE MY FIRST ORIGINAL PAYMENT OF $50.00 ($55.93 TAXES). THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL TURN MY SERVICES BACK ON WAS IF I CALL MY BANK AND HAVE THE DISPUTE REVERSES. THE DISPUTE WAS ALREADY CREDIT BACK TO ME AS FINAL CREDIT BY MY BANK. BECAUSE PAGE PLUS WAS UNHAPPY THAT I WAS NOT CALLING BANK BACK TO REVERSE DOUBLE PAYMENT . THE PAYMENT IN MY MND WAS ALREADY SETTLED. THEY REFUSE TO TURNED MY SERVICES BACK ON AND WILL NOT REFUND ME FOR AT LEAST A PARTIAL OF THE FIRST PAYMENT AS WELL. THEY STATED THEY ARE KEEPING THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE $55.93 AND I CANT HAVE MY SERVICES BACK. NOW I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AND COME UP WITH MONEY FOR REACTIVATION AND A PAYMENT PLAN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. PAGE PLUS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. BECAUSE I NOW HAVE NO SERVICE I WANT MY FULL PAYMENT OF $55.93 PAYMENT FROM 05/22/2019 THRU 06/22/2019 BACK. PAGE PLUS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS MATTER. AS YOU INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER, YOU WILL SEE THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THIS TO OTHER NON - CUSTOMERS AS WELL. PAGE PLUS SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS, U REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND HARDLY ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING. CAN'T JUST TAKE A FULL MONTHLY PAYMENT FROM A CUSTOMER, AND BEFORE FULL MONTH IS OVER, SHUT OFF THEIR SERVICES B/C THEY NOT DOING THEIR JOB. POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE/SUPERVISORS, DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. OH BY THE I ALSO ADVISE PAGE PLUS THAT IF THEY NOW HAVE REFUND FOR MY TO JUST KEEP IT AND TURN SERVICES BACK ON. THEY REFUSE. THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS
