We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Cape Fear Solar The entire process of getting a solar system with them has been handled in a very professional and friendly manner Every person we have dealt with has been helpful in the entire process They handle all of the details of coordinating building permits, inspections, and power company agreements All we had to do was sign the forms We have had the system up and running for about a month and it is so great to see the kwh going back to the grid We are just sorry we did not do this sooner

Cape Fear Solar installs SunPower panels (the best in the industry). We installed a 7.85 kW system on our home. We were impressed with the quality of installation, the level of support and guidance from the Cape Fear Solar staff, and the depth of the breakdown of data that outlined our return on investment for this system.

We had a solar system installed on our new home and couldn't be happier (actually it was technically 2 systems)! The team at Cape Fear were a pleasure to work with and the installation was great. Although we haven't used our HVAC system much so far, I can say that our monthly bills at our 1,200 square foot home were in the $250 a month range and our bills at our 3,800 square foot home have been less than $100. If that doesn't prove a point, I don't know what would!

Cape Fear Solar did an amazing job installing our 7.4kW system. The sales professional was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable of the industry and SunPower products. Cape Fear Solar Systems provided us a professional level of service from initial consultation to project design, installation, commissioning and follow-up monitoring. We installed both PV and solar hot water systems on the roof of our new home, and we are very pleased with both. Company representatives were very friendly, helpful and responsive to all our questions, making this a very pleasant experience.

So far all of our dealings with CFSS have been very professional. They were always prompt with their visits and installs, and their installers were competent and seemed well trained to do what needed to be done to turn our home into a solar powered one. Customer service has been good. We have become one of the most energy efficient homes in our entire neighborhood and our electric bill has been cut over 40% since the November 2014 install!
