I have had a recent experience with Palmer Administrative Services, specifically the agreement for vehicle service departmentSix hundred dollars has been drawn out of my accountAfter reading the manual I was sent in the mail, I have been instructed to contact the seller of service to cancel my agreement, yet he seems to be at lunch or out of the office every time the customer service representative insists that I leave a message and not be transferred to his direct line (which I was told was an extension, but doesn't actually work)After speaking with multiple customer service reps, I have been given two different answers and two different addresses to send my cancellation noticeI have sent the "cancellation protocol necessities" to both of them, in hopes of being refunded the total six hundred dollars that was drawn out of my account within the thirty days of the cancellation protocol stated in the contract that was sent to me After just opening an email from a foreign company (third party, I'm assuming) by the name of Omnisure, I'm being billed close to two hundred dollarsThis ordeal has been an absolute inconvenience and waste of timeI don't wish this kind of nonsense on my worst enemy To the people considering, don'tJust don'tIt may sound like a great deal initially, but it's nothing but a nightmare trying to dig your way out of the endless web they weave As of now, 100% of the customer review ratings are negativeI'd let the reviews determine your decision making

I called and spoke with someone named Michelle who I was told is a Supervisor. She was rude, curt and disrespectful. This company is charging my Mother for a car I owned previously. We are not sure how they got my Mother's information. This is a scam and everyone involved should be jailed!

My elderly mother some how got looped into buying a policy 2mos ago, was wondering where a monthly credit card charge of $180 a month off her credit card. I called talked to a guy named Greg, he told me I had to write a letter to cancel, I asked can I cancel with you on the phone, then he said I will send you a book on how to cancel. I said can't you email me or send a fax, he said no. I can tell you the mailing address to send your cancellation letter. Palmer Administration P.O. Box Allenhurst, NJ. 07711, I then said can you still send me the book showing how to cancel, he says, no I'm not sending you the book now, since I gave you the address. I wanted the book so I could see if he was giving me the right address. Stay clear.

Will not back what they sell and are the rudest claims deptnever will deal with them and advise friends and family against it

I purchased this plan over the phone When shopping the plan, the sales representative mentioned that the plan is based on a two year agreement I let him know that I was planning to sell the car in a few months He then offered a month-to-month plan; however, the fee ($99/month) was significantly higher than what was originally offered (I believe around $50-$per month) It turns out all that this was a straight lie and all that happened was that he increased the monthly fee This was never a month-to-month plan I am penalized to cancel just as it would have been I recently discovered this deception, when my car started overheating To top it off, Palmer refused to pay for the repair and said that the coolant leak is not covered The repair is costing me $ Stay away from Palmer, they are terrible and have absolutely no ethics
