On December **, 2015 I placed an order for two items. I received my verification number and stated that my order is being processed with my email address displayed. They promised in 7 days I would receive my order. 7 days later there was no delivery. I emailed the business asking where is my order and their reply was "what order"? I proceeded to answer them saying here is my receipt order number, which in turn they asked, "what receipt number"? I used the wrong term and should of said 'verify' number. I, in turned emailed them back and repeated the problem giving them all the information once again. Then their rebuttal was, " street address was not provided", even though, my email address was right on the original order, why didn't they bother to contact me about the missing street address? In all my 30 plus years of ordering through catalogs, faxes and now internet NOT ONCE did I ever forget to list my street address. Any it KNOWS without a street address you don't receive your order!
I then emailed the complete address with all my information again. They emailed me back showing that they indeed MAILED my order through [redacted] complete with a tracking number on January *, 2016 and would receive my package in 1-3 days. Imagine my lack of surprise that the number was a phony! I, then, tried to email them back asking what game they are playing and of course, could not get through on their email saying 'undeliverable'. I called, got a real human who spoke from some other country, and asked where is my [redacted] order from Dec.** I was really beyond angry at this point. They or some phantom- being decided since my emails were rude, they decided NOT to fill my order even though they CLAIMED THEY SENT IT on January *, 2016 and was to receive it in 1-3 days! Surprise!, that was a lie! I have all the emails I sent and what they sent and not one was rude. I must say, after getting the run around since Dec.**, 2015 I did get really rude to this person, who told me that all my emails were rude. I showed him what rude is and told him he was full of [redacted] and hung up on him! Now, THAT was rude! Remember, I have ALL the emails that were sent and received. However, they didn't have any problem lying to me (isn't THAT rude??), charging my account and that was paid for which I am thoroughly convinced they weren't even going to send my order to begin with since 'all sales are final'. Pretty convenient if you ask me. The strange thing is that I have ordered from this place before with absolutely NO problem. The bright spot in all this is that my bank was kind enough to credit my account after they heard what my complaint was. They couldn't believe that a place of business would act, talk, and then LIE like that by saying it was shipped to a customer who just wanted the order especially after it was already paid for!

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Pandora Beauty regarding complaint ID [redacted].  I have also been working with my credit card company in regard to this matter.  Again, I will return the merchandise as...

soon as Pandora provides me with a prepaid shipping, which I may take to an office for mailing (I do not want to keep the products).  It is a mystery to me why they are refusing this simple request, but instead have threatened to take  me to court.  Also, I want to reiterate that my issue is the lack of the original packaging.  I am making no accusations beyond that.    These are facial products and I would never put something on my face, which I cannot be sure is safe.  Without the packaging and seals, I do not know what the state of the product is.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I ordered $315.91 Dermalogica products. When they were delivered all were missing original packaging, including the security foil seal. When I tried to return, I was verbally 'attacked' about their business. I just wanted my money back. They told me I had to pay return postage. When I refused, stated not what I ordered, they agreed to provide me with a [redacted] return label. When it arrived it was not one, which allowed me to take to the [redacted] store (I was advised to take there to have it weighed and to receive a dated receipt). When I asked for the "RS1" type the driver stated, Pandora refused and told me to pay up front and they would refund. I have no trust given how I was treated upon first contact and subsequent reviews. I told them if they would not provide the return shipping, I would have my credit card handle it, as well report to the Revdex.com. At this point, I was threatened with legal action.Desired Settlement: Prepaid Shipping return label, which allows me to take the package to [redacted] or [redacted] Once I have mailed (proven by the receipt, which I would then have), I want the total of $315.91 refunded to me. I have great concerns about the authenticity of the products, though I suspect that would be an issue for the [redacted]. As I want my money back, I cannot pursue this.

Review: The company sent me the wrong product and ignored my initial emails and phone messages. When I finally got a response the company 1 month later it was rude and threatening. I offered to return the duplicate product in return for the correct product but was told I would have to mail it to them before I could get an exchange or refund. I stated that based off of their horrible customer service I was not comfortable putting up more money to return the product with the possibility of them not refunding the shipping and sending the correct product. I was courteous in my messages and emails and they continued to threaten and become hostile.Desired Settlement: The company clearly states that they do not accept returns but I have not used the duplicate product and would be happy to return it once I receive a prepaid shipping label and the correct product.

Sincerely,

Ordered 8 3oz tubes of gel with the note that if you can not fulfill this order please contact me. But instead sent 8 2.5 oz jars of gel, while the manufacture changed the packaging, it was not reflected on their website. They did offer a complete refund but I wanted what I paid for, I paid for 24 oz and they sent 20 oz. I would have accepted a credit on the missing amount but was turned down. Heck if they would have just called or emailed me that they could not fulfill my order as requested I would have accepted that. Then it would have been my decision as to buy or not. Now its the principle of it.....

Review: I ordered hair products (Shampoo, conditioner and a spray) for a total of twenty nine dollars and ninety seven cents. The products were supposed to be shipped to my address at a flat rate of $6.99, this is what the Pandora Beauty web. site said and what I was charged for. The total I paid after the shipment fee is $36.96. I waited for five days and the products never showed up. I attempted to call the number on their web site, but no one responded. I left a message, but no one returned my call. I finally e-mailed to the e-mail address provided on the web.site and got a response from them saying that the address I provided is incorrect. I responded to the e-mail stating that the address is in fact correct, to which they responded that there is no street address. I said that if there were a street address I would have included it, but because there is no street address, it is hence not included.

I received an e-mail shortly after stating that the order has been cancelled and that I should expect a refund.Desired Settlement: At this point there is no outcome, I am hoping to receive my full refund.

Review: I ordered product from this company on a Saturday, I received confirmation of the product but not the delivery date, I went back to the website but could not access my account. I sent an email and was surprised that 20 minutes later I received a call, this was Saturday, Oct. **, 2015 at 10:18 am mountain time. I explained that I could not access my account, he indicated that I didn't have one, I gave him my order number [redacted] and he began to berate my that I didn't fill out all the boxes. I am 71 years old and not stupid. I indicated that I had, he kept telling me to calm down, I said I can hang up if that is what you want and he said to me " [redacted] You" I was shocked and hung up. I called this morning 10/** to talk to the manager and obtained the same guy who again hung up on me. I have not received my product, but concerned that he has my credit card information. I am calling them to make sure they never accept any billing from this company. I realize this isn't life or death but I cannot believe the unmitigated rude behavior of this man.Desired Settlement: To receive my product as ordered and for them to never contact me again.

Review: Pandora Beauty.com took an order, took my money and never sent products. After getting a bizarre email about my address in Los Angeles for days later, to which I immediately responded, the rude man that runs this home business, still sent nothing. More than 3 weeks after he took my money, I called... The man had not sent the product, didn't have it in stock (then or when I placed my order and my credit card was immediately charged), and claimed he didn't know anything about my email. He argued with me, yelled at me, and then hung up on me.

BEWARE!Desired Settlement: fill the order for which I have already paid!

Business

Response:

This is absolutely false. This customer gave us a shipping address which we could not ship to because the USPS auto-changed the address to Los Angeles. He told us it has to say Culver City. When we told him that we can't do it the way he wants he said why not just put another secondary label on the box. We said we cant and he wouldnt hear us out. So we had to cancel his order and he obviously wasnt happy about that.

Review: I purchased two flat irons from Pandora Beauty Supply. I receieved the items and proceeded to use them. Both flat irons did not heat up accordingly. I have previously purchased this item before from another supply company and had no issue. I have only had the flat irons for one week and used them once and contacted Pandora Beauty to make them aware of the situation. They said all sales are final and couldn't do anything for me. I explained to them several times that the flat irons do not heat up properly and I would like an exchange. They argued with me that it's impossible that they do not work and there still isn't anything that can be done; they stated their profit margin is low and therefore they cannot take the items back. At this point, I want a complete refund because I cannot use the flat irons.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund

Review: I placed an order to pandorabeauty.com for Nioxin Volumixing Reflectives Thickening Spray but was shipped Nioxin Thickening Spray with Pro-Thick (order # [redacted]). I have emailed the company with a request for $26.97 applied back to my credit card and a pre-paid shipping label to return their product. The company will credit my credit card with the amount requested but doesn't want to pay for the return shipping. If the product I ordered wasn't available, the company should have emailed or called me and advised me of this. *(I have a copy of the page with the item I ordered.) The company mis-represented an item they offer for sale to consumers.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a credit of $26.97 applied to my credit card and a pre-paid shipping label so I can return their product.

Sincerely,

Review: To whom it may concern:I placed an online order with pandorabeauty.com on 10/**/2013 for Onesta hydrating shampoo and daily conditioner, which I received on 10/**/2013. The products I received were not Onesta hydrating shampoo and daily conditioner, even though the bottles and labels appear to make it look like they are. They are both watered down and smell completely different than the real product. I thought I was getting a good deal but I should have researched further. I tried calling the customer service number of ###-###-#### during the hours stated they were open but no one answered. When I finally got through I stated my concern, that the products I received were not authentic. The gentleman that I spoke with said they contract directly with Onesta and they get their products directly from them. I called Onesta headquarters at ###-###-#### and the woman I spoke with said they in fact DO NOT contract with Pandora Beauty. I am not happy with the products I received and I have asked for a refund of my money. Pandora Beauty wants me to send the products back and then they stated they will refund my card that they have on file. I am certain if I send the products back I will be out left with nothing and do not trust this Company. I feel I have been deceived and would like my account credited for the bogus items I received.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my account credited for the $34.79 that I paid in good faith.
