This is in response to a complaint from a Mr*** [redacted] In this complaint, he states he bought a gift card from one of our authorized third party vendors and a family member threw away the gift card by mistake*** contacted our Customer Care Team at our corporate offices and we explained to him that his gift card was purchased from another company, so we have no records of the transaction itself, but if he was able to speak to the vendor where he bought the card, they should be able to provide him the gift card number Once we have the gift card number, we do our best to transfer the balance to another gift card and mail it to the guest (despite it stating on the cards that we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards) The guest claims “horrible service” in the complaint, when he is simply not doing to the vendor to get the card information that we requireAnyone could go to any vendor and look at the bar code on the back of a card and claim they lost the gift cardPanera does not have access to the financial records or [redacted] *** or any other vendor to justify transferring the $ [redacted] the guest claims to have on a gift cardPlease let me know if you have any other questions regarding this incidentThank you, Andrew L [redacted] ***

my first experience with panera was a few months agoI ordered a delivery for my mother and aunt as they recently was starting collegeI included the tip and everything upon the driver getting to her he REFUSED to even give her the food until she tipped him againi called in to complain as she should have to tip as its not mandatory and I had already tipped himI feel like this is now a race issue at this pointhe wouldnt allow her to get the food that I paid for ! ok fast forward I went to panera , order was very simple pick twogot home order was incorrecti called the companywas told to bring in the receipt I did thatI was in line for over mins!!!! then my order was STILL incorrect ,my fault as I should have checked before I leftI waited for over mins with a special needs child that was then screamingnot even as much as an apology for the waitit was the worse experience everreached out again to panera , and since "nick" said that he couldnt find my order

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I feel we should get some sort of our money backWe did have someone my husbands boss knew who was interested in the home however they never went through *** and as our realtor we should be able to ask her questions that is her job- or so we thought! She did not contact us I text her because we had no other showing on our home since her contract that she felt so strongly about fell throughYes we did not fix anything on home inspection due to the fact we took a $9,lossShe offered to fix the repairs because her husband is in construction and they have people who can do the work for little to no cost because the repairs were minorOnce we released with her we did repair roof and other bathroom repairs and only cost is $However she wanted us to give the buyers she brought to the table a $credit to satisfy them! What about satisfying us- the people she represents Since we did take such a huge lossShe also told us she didn't think our house would appraise for more than 192,based on what had sold around usShe was very negative about the whole situation and had poor communicationFor the record- we sold our home for 199,and it appraised at 199,when listed at 197,because within a week of releasing *** we had multiple offers on the table!!!! I feel if she won't give all $back she should at least give us back $400.

We recently received the attached Revdex.com complaint dated 7/12/16. The incident at issue occurred on 6/21/16. Within two days, on 6/23/16, we emailed the customer inquiring about what happened, asking if the customer had seen a dentist, and requesting that the customer allow us to inspect
the object so that we could investigate what happened (see attached email for your file). Our department has received no response from the customer regarding our email requesting more informationOur position remains the same as set forth in the email. Hello, I ordered a Salad, a power green smoothie and an item from the bakery on on *** *** ** *** *** *** **I made my order using the app as I normally do, and I was waiting for my order at table fourHowever, a tall individual approach me without identifying himselfHe said "are you the one who ordered the salad?" Today on my lunch break I ordered lunch at this Panera totaling $***The employees were inattentive to the customers and their standards for cleanliness are abysmalThere was garbage overflowing onto the ground and flies were circling the pile of dirty dishesThen to top it all off when I had to cancel my order because I had to go back to work, instead of refunding my money they charged me again, $***, for food I never receivedI will never return to this Panera due to the lack of cleanliness standards and their TERRIBLE customer service

I've tried to eat food from this Panera Bread location on three different timesThe first time that I placed an order it was for the amount of $and when I went through the contents some of the products were not freshThere was an issue with undercooked meat on the sandwich I received as well as getting a stale brownieI contacted customer service back right away on 10/07/On 10/10/was refunded the amount for the sandwich and brownie in the form of a $giftcard (actual price was $not including taxes)The customer service rep said that she would be speaking to someone at that location to work on this not happening again
The second time I placed an order at this location was on 10/23/This order was for pickup like the first oneThe sandwiches came wrapped in dirty sandwich paper; there was old food dried on the wrapping paper but these sandwiches are supposed to be freshThen I noticed bugs in the sandwich! I sent the consumer a certificate for $as well as another certificate for free bread loavesNot only has she been compensated the $ amount but I have gone above that to satisfy the case with my level of customer serviceShe should have received it in the mail already. Nicole

Regrettably it sounds as if this customer had a very bad experience and we did a poor job of following up to reconcile the situation. I would be more than happy to provide this guest with the meal replacements

When I got a gift card from my friend, it clearly said the value us $**, however when I tried to register it to my computer, it said the balance is $***Obviously the company send me the card was used beforeThe card no is *** *** *** *** ***
