they promissed to save me 40% on my electric bill but could only guarantee 20% also told me that I would get almost half the money back from tax creditsthey lied of course my electric bill is higher than last year I used 100kWh more this year than last I also replaced my electric drier with a gas one months ago witch saves a lot of electric the temp this year was degrees higher than last went from to degrees not a lot they sealed the ducting and install a solar water heater for k my *** still hurts its a shame people like this have a licat all I got 1,dollars back on tax credit the sales man told me they would give me 5,back making it a less expensive purchase long story short they are lyiers and crooks

Dear Sir or Madam,We have reached out to *** ** ***, and he stated that he did pay income taxes so we are unsure why he would not have received the tax credits.We do not guarantee tax credits and our contract clearly states "Buyer understands that tax credits are credits against
buyers income tax liabilityIn the Event that buyer does not have a income tax liability then the tax credits will not be available to buyerIf you have any questions please contact a tax professional." Based on this we request this complaint be closed and removed.However we are committed to providing the very best customer service and we are continuing to work with the customer, he is to follow up and fax his tax returns in to the company at ###-###-#### so that we can have them reviewed by an accountant and provide him guidance on how to get his tax credits.Sincerely,Customer Service Department###-###-####

We have tried to resolve the issue with this customer.They have a month same as cash loan that was provided by a third party companyThey contacted us after the month term was up and after accrued interest was added to the accountWe have no control over this lender, or their ability to qualify for another loanHad we been notified earlier in the process we may have been able to do more for the customer, but at this point the customers delay in contacting us makes them ineligible for any program we may have offered.We are willing to work with this custom er as a matter of upholding outstanding customer service, but maintain that our company is not responsible for this situationWe have made them an offer which they declined through their response to the Revdex.com.Please find the attached contract that shows that they agreed to a months same as cash loan with the understanding that the total amount was due in daysWe have fulfilled our contractual obligations with this customer and request the Revdex.com remove this complaint.Sincerely,Customer Service Department###-###-####Subject To Non-Disclosure Agreement

I spoke with you on the phone a couple weeks ago about reopening our solar panel complaintAttached are the documents we signed when agreeing to purchase the solar panelsUpon signing them we were verbally told by *** *** the salesman that we would be able to refinance the solar panels to reduce the monthly paymentHe stated that we were looking at $a month for the panelsHowever, we were unable to refinance the solar panels, due to not having enough equity in our house which was not explained to us when purchasing the panelsNow we are stuck with a $monthly payment that we cannot affordWhen calling the company, they first said or let me check with my boss, but there's probably nothing we can do and they never called us backThen we called again and they offered us $ 1,to settle the complaint, which does us absolutely no good when we owe $20,for the solar panels. We told them that did not want the panels do to their advertisement from the salesman as we cannot afford the $a month payment, but they refused to take them backThe panels are not saving us enough monthly to make it worth while either, to allow us to afford the payment.We would like a resolution to this matter as soon as possible!!! Please let me know if there is anything else you need

The company called my husband and offered him the same $1,or said we could ask for a higher amount off the panels, but he would have to speak to his boss about itHe then went on to say that nothing would come of this complaint that it would just be a back and forth processWe are not satisfied with there offer and would like to return the panels or get a significant amount discounted. No where does it state that if we would have contacted them previous to the months, they would be willing to work with us on the amount owedRegardless, we are unable to refinance, due to not enough equity in our house, which they said we would be able to do upon purchasing the panelsBeing able to refinance the panels is one of the reasons why we purchased them and to reduce our SRP payments, which neither have happened. We are not satisfied and wish to continue the complaint

We installed a solar electric system with this company over 6 months ago. Everyone from the salesman to the installers have be polite and professional. My payment ended up being a little bit lower then they original said and my savings is almost 20% more than they originally said and the job was completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I recommend this company to anyone that is interested in saving money. We are on tract to save enough to pay for my son's college! [redacted]

I have recieved almost daily phone calls from a call center who wants to schedule an appointment with this company to perform a solar audit. When you ask to be removed from their list they hang up and call again the next day. It is a scam, but they will not remove your phone number from their list.

I do not accept there answer. my light bill from August is $454.22. also I have lived here for only 15 months. when I checked with the electric company about June 2014 to July 2015 there was only a $40.00 difference. They need to come and remove it.

They contacted us after the 12 month term was up and after accrued interested was added to the account. We have no control over this lender, or their ability to qualify for another loan. Had we been notified earlier in the process we may have been able to do more for the customer, but at this point the customers delay in contacting us makes them ineligible for any program we may have offered.We have spoken with the customer, and he is going to talk with his wife about what concession may be acceptable to them .We are willing to work with this customer as a matter of upholding outstanding customer service, but maintain that our company is not responsible for this situation.Sincerely,Customer Service Department
