they promissed to save me 40% on my electric bill but could only guarantee 20% also told me that I would get almost half the money back from tax credits. they lied of course my electric bill is higher than last year I used 100kWh more this year than last I also replaced my electric drier with a gas one 8 months ago . witch saves a lot of electric the temp this year was 3 degrees higher than last went from 93 to 96 degrees not a lot they sealed the ducting and install a solar water heater for 12 k my [redacted] still hurts its a shame people like this have a lic. at all. I got 1,000 dollars back on tax credit the sales man told me they would give me 5,000 back making it a less expensive purchase . long story short they are lyiers and crooks.

Overall pretty happy, my interest rate ended up being 5.99% instead of the original 3.99% but you can't win them all.

We have tried to resolve the issue with this customer.They have a 12 month same as cash loan that was provided by a third party company. They contacted us after the 12 month term was up and after accrued interest was added to the account. We have no control over this lender, or their ability to qualify for another loan. Had we been notified earlier in the process we may have been able to do more for the customer, but at this point the customers delay in contacting us makes them ineligible for any program we may have offered.We are willing to work with this custom er as a matter of upholding outstanding customer service, but maintain that our company is not responsible for this situation. We have made them an offer which they declined through their response to the Revdex.com.Please find the attached contract that shows that they agreed to a 12 months same as cash loan with the understanding that the total amount was due in 365 days. Great experience, quick install. Great communication through out the process. They had the best price after shopping 5 companies and they more than exceeded my expectations through out the install process.

We installed a solar electric system with this company over 6 months ago. Everyone from the salesman to the installers have be polite and professional. My payment ended up being a little bit lower then they original said and my savings is almost 20% more than they originally said and the job was completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I recommend this company to anyone that is interested in saving money. We are on tract to save enough to pay for my son's college! [redacted]

I do not accept there answer. my light bill from August is $454.22. also I have lived here for only 15 months. when I checked with the electric company about June 2014 to July 2015 there was only a $40.00 difference. They need to come and remove it.

My complaint is not that the system is working improperly.  I am sure that it is.  I feel that I was not sold the correct system for the size of my home.  I was duped into thinking that this system would be sufficient and it is not.  There is a huge process involved if I want to expand my system.  I feel that this is the company's process so that customers incur more costs than to just put in the appropriate sized system in the first place.  They play off of the fact that there is sticker shock at the larger system and that if they convince you to go with the lower system they will get your business and then you will want to upgrade later.  That I see as a scam and poor business practice.  Sending them copies of my [redacted] bill will not make one bit of difference.  My goal is to have on record the way this company does business.  I also called multiple times with no call back from this company.  Please, no one make the same mistake as I did.  Do not use this company.  There is plenty of competition out there for you to make a better choice.

I spoke with you on the phone a couple weeks ago about reopening our solar panel complaint. Attached are the documents we signed when agreeing to purchase the solar panels. Upon signing them we were verbally told by [redacted] the salesman that we would be able to refinance the solar panels to reduce the monthly payment. He stated that we were looking at $150.00 a month for the panels. However, we were unable to refinance the solar panels, due to not having enough equity in our house which was not explained to us when purchasing the panels. Now we are stuck with a $482.00 monthly payment that we cannot afford. When calling the company, they first said or let me check with my boss, but there's probably nothing we can do and they never called us back. Then we called again and they offered us $ 1,500.00 to settle the complaint, which does us absolutely no good when we owe $20,000 for the solar panels. We told them that did not want the panels do to their false advertisement from the salesman as we cannot afford the $482.00 a month payment, but they refused to take them back. The panels are not saving us enough monthly to make it worth while either, to allow us to afford the payment.We would like a resolution to this matter as soon as possible!!! The company called my husband and offered him the same $1,500 or said we could ask for a higher amount off the panels, but he would have to speak to his boss about it. He then went on to say that nothing would come of this complaint that it would just be a back and forth process. We are not satisfied with there offer and would like to return the panels or get a significant amount discounted. No where does it state that if we would have contacted them previous to the 12 months, they would be willing to work with us on the amount owed. Regardless, we are unable to refinance, due to not enough equity in our house, which they said we would be able to do upon purchasing the panels. Being able to refinance the panels is one of the reasons why we purchased them and to reduce our SRP payments, which neither have happened. We are not satisfied and wish to continue the complaint.

We searched high and low for a trustworthy solar company. Discover Energy was the company that got our business. We are happy with the installation and the crew was actually nice and informative during the install which made it fun to learn and watch them complete the system installation. I would recommend them to my closest family members since they really treated me like a friend and did a good job.
