Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I can only hope that your sales staff is instructed regarding my issues so that this does not  happen again.  I appreciate your good will gesture and will look forward the $50 check  for all of my inconvenience.

Hello,     I feel that had the cap been lost prior to this servicing brake fluid would have been lost.  Aside from the road conditions of a Wisconsin winter, the bump entering their garage would be enough to make some spill.  Until I get full restitution this will be unresolved.Thank you, [redacted]Revdex.com:

Revdex.comIn response We apologize for any misunderstandings.  The original purchase contract has a clause stating vehicle must be delivered within 24 hours or contract void as to not tie up inventory. Our intentions were certainly to deliver a car to Mr and Mrs [redacted] that is our business, ...

However they were unable to meet the above timeline therefore the vehiclewas sold unfortunately. What ever loan or penalty fee they encountered is unfortunate. In the future if the [redacted]s decide to do business at this store we will credit them the $178 as an act of good will.Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com, The management team at Wilde Toyota has discussed this matter at length internally and with Mr [redacted].  As previously mention he decided to go forward and execute the paperworkand take ownership with clear understanding of the numbers and facts.  We do understand at times customers go through remorse after the fact on there decisions as this may be that. With all do respect we do value Mr [redacted] business and hope he enjoys his new Toyota Seqouia now and for many many years come.Again, Thank you Revdex.com and Wilde Toyota has closed this matter. Respectfully,Wilde Toyota.

Revdex.comIn response...We were able to resolve this matter for Mr [redacted] and will close this matter.Respectfully, Wilde Toyota

For the desired action I would like a refund for the parts that I canceled and did not receive.

I gave Wilde an opportunity to match the price on 3 different stock numbers in my previous email. They are clearly looking to avoid my request and waste more of my time negotiating prices. Their interest is clearly that of a typical dealership, which is to mislead, frustrate and waste more of their customers time in order for the customer to surrender and pay whatever price the dealer wants. I have since purchased my vehicle at another dealership. I will be sure to never do business with A Wilde dealership, and make sure I inform others to avoid Wilde in the future.

Revdex.com,In response:Mr [redacted] unfortunately walked away from his lease term commitment early without following the proper procedure.  His attempt to blame this is on the dealership is certainly concerningand disappointing as we have never experienced his accusation in 25 years of handling lease...

returns.  We are not interested in his attempt to personally attack and threaten by bullyingour employees to regain his $2400 error.  Wilde would have nothing to gain to advise him or anyone to walk away from there lease early so him inferring that would defy logic and or any business sense.  We understand his lack of understanding and follow through is probably frustrating for him but the responsibility is his unfortunately and do sympathize but again wont acknowledge his method of bullying for his own error. As for Mr [redacted] bad mouthing our business and and our people, Wilde Toyota year after year wins the most prestigious awards in the automotive business for customer satisfaction in respect to sales and service.  If Mr [redacted] would like to make an appointment to discuss things further he can contact Mr [redacted] and we will again be happy to attempt to explain any options available. We have attempted to coach and counsel Mr [redacted] on many attempts without success. We have closed this matter internally.Respectfully, and Merry Christmas to the Bureau and its employees.Wilde Toyota

Revdex.comIn responseAny cancellations after such a transaction that is financed goes to credit the principle balance of his loan amount.Wilde had cut that check and sent it to Toyota Financial Services on 9/18/2015 in the amount of $520.25as requested. Wilde Toyota

Thanks for your attention to this matter.
Originally we contracted the wrong document
on the wrong form which happens with the [redacted] However..
At No time did they contract for the Guaraunteed
Price Refund.
It in fact was a Platinum Service Contract through Fidelity Warranty services.
They erroneously have a "copy of the back" of a
Gauranteed Price Refund Service contract but the
contract number which is [redacted] is a regular
platinum $ 0 deductible no refund contract.
The copy the refer to and forwarded is the correct contract..they back pages which are copies
and not originals of a Gauranteed price refund
which again they did not contract for.
Wilde again invites them in to discuss and review
to resolve so they understand. Platinum doesn't mean Gauranteed price refund.
With that we will close this matter.
Please have them reach out to our [redacted] for another personal consultation
Respectfully
Wilde TOyota

Revdex.com,
We have investigated Mr. [redacted]'s concern.
Our documents don't agree with his perception of the numbers. We were unable to secure financing
in respect to his/their lease application. So
then resulting in changing and applying for a finance loan which was approved. At all times
the...

trade in value base on our documents and our interviews is consistent and of $17,000 not $17,500 as Mr [redacted] stated. When leasing there
was a $500 incentive to be added if the lease was approved. So maybe that is where his confusion
possibly came in adding the value of $17,000 and
the $500 is what we can speculate.
We do value his business and apologize for his confusion to this matter.

Revdex.comBased on Mr [redacted] response, we are clear as to his wishes.  He can reach out to Terry [redacted] and make an appointment to come in and sign for his credit card refund. Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com We apologize to Ms [redacted].  Our administration department has refunded her deposit today. Respectfully, Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com
In response to Mr [redacted]s concern. The management team at Wilde has spent a considerable amount of time discussing this matter with Mr [redacted].
We were provided documentation from him with the
disputed payoff of his lease trade in which was used in the fair calculation estimate...

when after banking hours. After reviewing the document he provided we have a form that is used that he signed stating that if the payoff exceeds that
said amount he agrees he will be responsible for that amount. As well as if it is less, he is due a refund. As Wilde cant just keep anything less than the estimated payoff, we are not responsible for his excess in payoff which we have
documentation and his signature.
Sorry for any delay in response as we were waiting for our Law Firm to review this matter with us. So we do sympathize with Mr [redacted] and his excess payoff due, we must resolve this
within a reasonable time frame or we will be forced to proceed legally. We have made great
effort to give options to Mr [redacted] and will
give until 6/12/2015 to resolve with our management team.
Professionally
Wilde Toyota

Revdex.comWilde Toyota has discussed and reviewed on the phone and in person Mrs [redacted] concern.Unfortunately Ms [redacted] signed documented coverage was for the Platinum vehicle protection planand not the Gauranteed protection plan.Where the misunderstanding comes in from 7 years...

ago we are unaware and do apologize for. However we must defer to the signed documents in our files.RespectfullyWilde Toyota

Revdex.com In response MS [redacted] decided to call the bank and attempt to cancel her obligation and return her car.   We are investigating this matter further and it appearsshe will owe additionally a considerate amount of money as the vehicle she traded in had a large negative equity position that the dealership has paidoff.Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com,The management team at Wilde has investigated this concern.  Our [redacted] will reach out to Brandon within a reasonable time frame and try to resolve things withinreason in the spirit of goodwill. Wilde Toyota

Problem:I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before against Toyota Wilde due to issues with my financing contract. Once the dealership received the compliant, they called me and told me they will refund $5k, which was the down payment on the new vehicle, to me after the vehicle...

was returned. This never happened because the dealers explained that they needed to "stop" the process so the finance company could go back and "match up information" because I said I had concerns that my application may have been altered without my knowledge after my signature was on it because the finance company reported several incorrect pieces of information to me. A few days later, the dealer called me and told me the finance company would not be continuing with approval of the loan after corrections were updated and to return the car and we would "go from there". I returned the car and the dealer approached me and asked for the keys to get the mileage on the car right away. Once the dealer returned, he informed me that the dealership decided to take the car, keep my trade-in, and keep my $5k down payment I put on the new car. I ultimately was forced to leave the dealership without either cars and out of $5k. The dealer proceeded to tell me that because of their mistake with my credit application and them not reporting my updating information to the finance company when I initially asked them to, I was still liable for paying for my trade-in's negative equity; however, the contract became invalid once I was never financed. I asked if I could just simply have my trade-in back. The dealership told me it was too late because they sold my trade-in. The dealership sold my trade-in before I ever was financed. Instead of acknowledging their errors and simply refunding me of my $5k, they told me I need to give them an additional $2.5k to pay for a vehicle that I traded-in and that they have already sold before assuring I was financed with correct and accurate information. This dealership did not bother to work any arrangements out with me following their errors. I have been going through this with the dealership for over a month now and I simply want my $5k down payment back and we can go from there. I sacrificed my school savings as an investment for a reliable vehicle to get me through my last year of university. They took both vehicles from me and refuse to refund me even though they have made several errors.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I really would like to receive my down payment of $5k back. I no longer have the vehicle I was supposed to be financed for and I no longer have my trade-in that they sold. The contract fell through once I was never financed. I want to receive my $5k down payment back and we can go from there.
