Papa John's International would like to apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused Mr [redacted] placed his order online on March 28, 2015, and it was routed to restaurant #3505, which is owned and operated by Papa Express Inc Mr [redacted] was quoted a delivery time of minutes After the order is routed, it is the franchise's responsibility to fill the order and assist the customer with any issues they may have For a time, the Papa John's customer service email address was not functioning properly and a backup email service was being used However, when Mr [redacted] posted his complaint on Facebook, a complaint ticket was created by Papa John's customer service The complaint was routed to Papa Express for them to handle Again, Papa John's International apologizes for the poor service Mr [redacted] experienced and we are confident that Papa Express will work with him to address his complaints Thank you

Papa John’s International has investigated Mr***’s complaint regarding a franchise locationThe Chicken Parmesan pizza was a limited time seasonal offer that is only offered for a specific time periodWhen that designated time period expires, the option to order it is removed from the websiteWhen this particular promotion was created, the Chicken Parmesan pizza was not available, and that is why it was not an option to selectHowever, it is our understanding that the franchise location in question was still able to make the order for the customer because the store had the ingredients availableIn addition, the customer was provided a $10:Papa Card from Papa John's International, and the franchisee also provided a $10:Papa Card and a free large one topping pizzaPapa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter

Papa John’s International has investigated Mr***’s complaint The customer placed an online order on 6/and received Bonus Papa's Rewards points the following day The customer then contacted the call center on 7/(days later) in regards to the "missing" points The customer was advised the points expired as originally indicated on the promotion and that Papa John’s sent reminder emails to the customer advising them of the pending expiration date The customer was offered a 50% off code for any inconvenience Papa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter but our Bounce Back promotions always have expiration dates for any bonus points
