The Maintenance Shop (aka Handyman Repairs) doesn't seem to value the loyalty of it's customersIn my opinion they have a laze fair attitude towards repairs and servicesI tried scheduling an appointment with them and their response amounted to little more than, "we'll get to it when we have a chance, if it conveniences us."
If I have an urgent repair or want the bare minimum in customer service, I go to another shopThere are so many repair shops in the Treasure Valley that rank higher on my list
The maintenance Shop is great! Even being as busy as they were they still had time to give daily updates on where they were going to be doing blowouts each dayThey even had a little time to play with my dog while they were hereHighly recommend them and will be scheduling with them next year Thanks Maintenance Shop!!
Steve and Jesse did an amazing job fixing my sprinkler valvesI was very stressed because the valve burst and they were very friendly and was able to get me in their schedule very quickly! Very reasonably priced and very professional! Highly recommend them!

The Maintenance Shop was hired to blow out my sprinklers at my address in Avimor, but a day after doing so we received an email from Steve that stated: "The main valve to your sprinkler system is in bad shapeIt appears to be coming apart at the threads where it is screwed togetherA change in water pressure against it over the winter could cause it to burst free and create a flood." The house is barely more than a year old, and there were no prior issues with the valve, and is otherwise in very good shapeUnfortunately it was the next day we received the email and the yard was already floodedI had three other landscaping and sprinkler system personnel from two different companies look at the sprinkler shut off valve (prior to and after exposing the line) and all three stated this was a result of it being over-tightened in the shut off process and not because of a faulty systemAs a result, I had to dig up the area around the valve and cut off and isolate the sprinkler system fro
Steve was awesome and took care of my problem quickly and efficientlyWill definitely use him in the future and highly recommend to all the other unhandy people out there!
I have used them twice and about to use them for my winter blowout on my sprinklers They make my life easyI can signup online to have it done then wait for the invoice to come in my emailI don't need to be home Will use them again and will recommend them
I called four different companies in an attempt to get someone to come and repair our dryer ventAfter I explained that we live in a rural area miles from Boise and that our crawl space is small and difficult to traverse The Maintenance Shop was the only company that agreed to come and make the repairsThe Maintenance Shop employees Steve and Jesse arrived at the agreed upon time ready to workAfter I showed them what the job entailed they immediately began work in a professional mannerThe job turned out to be more difficult than I thought, but they worked diligently and got the job doneThey did an excellent job completing the project to a very high standardThey charged a VERY REASONABLE PRICE for their work and service callIf I have need for work in the future I will, without hesitation, have The Maintenance Shop do the work
Steve has been a great help to me for many years. We moved a few years ago and I just rehired him for our new home. He's the best.
