I received an email from the owner Steve at p.mon a Friday night, that he was going to file a lien on my home next week if I didn't pay $for a non-cancelationI have reached out to Steve via email twice and via a text to try and resolve the issue, but he has not tried communicating with me at allI have not received any form of communication from him or his business about why he's entitled to this $he's askingI never canceled, and he never made any effort to say he was at my house to perform a sprinkler blowout or provide any reason why he was unable to perform the jobPer his website, the sprinkler blowout service he's charging me for isn't even available anymore; it's closed for the seasonI take any threat against my house or credit card score very seriously and am beyond disappointed in himself and his company, of why they'd want to pursue such charges without explaining themselves, or trying to communicate and resolve this issueTo me, this comes off like a scam
reat customer service, pricing, and same day serviceNot only were they beyond patient with me on the phone as I wrangled kids and dogs, but Jesse drove all the way to Kuna to find that I had about a second sprinkler head repairHe said 'Thats what we are here for!' I had him raise and replace a few I've been putting offHe was prompt, efficient, and professionalI will definitely be using and recommending this company in the future
*** Harassed and insulted me all through the night til almost midnight and woke my family up after I asked him to cancel my service as they had not contacted me in a month once I requested itHe then threw a charge at me for what is almost the whole cost of what I wanted to be done and threatened to put a lien on my houseI have not done any business with him and never willHis practices are very unethical and he reminded me he has all my informationI'm calling the police to possibly put a restraining order against him if this continus

I requested that they turn on my sprinker system two weeks ago I received a request to fill out a form to get the process started so I didI received a notification that they would be out on May saying "We will be in your area for sprinker start up please be prepared to allow access to I took half a day off work to help themNo show, no follow-up, no message saying "Sorry, we were too busy so we will reschedule..." NothingSo I called a different company that understands service and they showed up and did a great job! I get a message today, almost two weeks later, saying "We are coming today to get your sprinker system turned on..." I told them that I already had it done and I don't need it." He responded with "Things happenYou never submitted the magic form saying that you cancelled it." This is unacceptable and terrible serviceI am pretty sure that the form probably has some clause saying that I would owe X if I did not turn in their magic formSince I did not he
