I contacted Paradise Exteriors LLC for a quote The appointment was changed by them three (3) times before it actually occurred The salesman was personable, informative and the product superb, but the sales tactics were disappointing The salesman never wanted to discuss the numbers until I guessed what the quote would be I told him just to give me the price, but he insisted I told him what my best guess would be In the end, the quote was super high and didn't want to leave anything in writing I then contacted another company for a quote, and the gentleman T.Cshowed up and measured the windows, but after two (2) weeks, no quote When I goggled his name, I found that surprisingly that he represented two (2) other companies and one of them, Stomtightwindows, as well as Paradise Exteriors LLC have the same address Not sure what to make of that, but "Caveat Emptor" Also, I get calls every week from someone representing Paradise Exteriors, LLC giving me a follow up call about my experience It is the same guy every week and the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to on the phone What's is worse, he asks me about details about my quote fishing for information about it The last time I spoke to him, he hung up on me when I refused to give him any details and told him I didn't have any more information Obviously is a company hired to follow up not connected to Paradise Exteriors, LLC Terrible business model This experience has made me not judge used cars salesmen so harshly
It was time for new windows We called several businesses and my husband & I just had to choose PARADISE EXTERIORS from Boynton Beach, FL They came out, measured our front windows including the half-moon Arrived on time to do a superb job, super friendly, left absolutely NO mess We couldn't be any happier Actually, they are now back to do our master bath window In our opinion, they are a star company This is VERY HAPPY customer and I would recommend this company to anyone who need quality replacement windowsI now have absolutely beautiful windows which look gorgeous !!!
Warning! Make sure you check into Paradise Exteriors manufacturer's warrantyTheir sales rep told me that there was glass breakage protection on the windowsWhat should have been a red flag was that the sales rep didn't have a copy of the warranty on himI had to request the warranty via emailI was surprised to find out there is NO GLASS BREAKAGE PROTECTION on the windowsWhen I confronted Paradise about misrepresenting their product I was told that since the sale reps are selling so many different products they sometimes match the wrong product and warrantySo where does that leave the customer who signed a contract in good faith? Just make sure you get the warranty before you sign the contract!

This company installed the last 2 windows in my home - the other windows were installed by a conpany no longer in the window business. The service was very professional and when the owner came to check the work he commented that he would be happy to do warranty on ALL the windows in my home - even the ones he did not install.
So - when I noticed a defect in one of the windows he did not install I called Paradise; they came through with new glass for the defective window glass and there was NO charge even to install it. WOW talk about GREAT customer service!
I had an appointment on Saturday morning, they didn't show up, and they didn't even call me to say sorry I can't make it,then i.called them and told them it's not right,they never called me back still,in guess they don't want my business
