I hire paradise exterior to complete 8 window and even though there was some complications , mistake on their part with the correct tinted window for my bathroom and other minor stuff. The company owner Mr. Dan was readily available to hear my complaint directly and made sure that it was corrected promptly . He even made sure that he took responsibility for his employees mistake and apologise , gave me a discount for time I have lost dealing with his employees for mistake made. I have nothing but positive to say about Mr. Dan and paradise exterior. For future clients who will be reading my review just understand this is a minor construction remodeling when replacing window , be patient and things don't always go according to plan but this company knows that and ready to please.
After a nightmare experience with another window contractor, I hired Paradise Exteriors to install our new windows and doors. They installed Soft Lite double hung hurricane impact windows and patio sliders. Great product and now I can also say great company. Their office staff is a pure pleasure to deal with. We were kept informed regularly. The install crew called us to let us know they were en route and they arrived on time and completely prepared to work. I can honestly say [redacted] and their crew are not only hard workers but also some of the most professional, polite and courteous workers we have ever had in our home. Their attention to even the smallest of details was impressive and in my opinion these guys are true craftsmen. Kudos to owner [redacted] who clearly has cultivated a culture where excellent customer service means much more than just lip service. Paradise Exteriors gets an A+ from me!
Working with Paradise Exteriors has been a wonderful experience from the office staff to the installers. [redacted] and [redacted], the installers, were a real pleasure. They were very organized, friendly, courteous and fast. They completely left all areas clean, answered all my questions and explained everything to me.
I would definitely recommend Paradise to everyone. From beginning to end it was a real pleasure to deal with a company like yours!!

I have been continually harassed with phone calls from this company. I requested my name be removed from their call/marketing list. I have not to date seen this stop. I am continually receiving phone calls on a daily basis with ending the call requesting that my name, number be removed only to get another call moments later. Their harassing people need to stop before I hire an attorney.
It was time for new windows. We called several businesses and my husband & I just had to choose PARADISE EXTERIORS from Boynton Beach, FL. They came out, measured our 3 front windows including the half-moon. Arrived on time to do a superb job, super friendly, left absolutely mess. We couldn't be any happier. Actually, they are now back to do our master bath window. In our opinion, they are a 5 star company. This is 1 VERY HAPPY customer and I would recommend this company to anyone who need quality replacement windows. I now have 3 absolutely beautiful windows which look gorgeous !!!
