Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by ALR Wireless Inc.? regarding complaint ID [redacted] .Additionally, I have to admit that I am very surprised about how this is handledI have been ripped off by a company right in the heart of NYC, and as many reports in the internet show one that operates since many years without any involvement from the NY authorities.Its now the second time that they don't reply so the complaint is not being worked on/ nothing happenswhy should they reply to your requests - as they have done sth wrong they are very well aware that there is nothing for them? to gainhow is it possible that neither the police nor you are actually people that have damages/ losses? have you visited them? do I need to fly back to NYC to do it in person?what is the next step - what needs to happen that I get my money back and the responsible are being prosecuted - are they continuing their business and hundreds of other tourists are being ripped off?Sincerely, [redacted]
