Review: I believe that I was sold merchandise that was of lesser quality than what I paid for. (when I got home I checked with the company on line) I bought a pair of binoculars at 100PM on 7/* and when I went to use them at 200PM they fell apart. I returned to the store after the performance and they gave me another pair of lesser quality and refused to refund my money. After looking at their other merchandise in the store, I realized that was how they did business and I would like to make sure no one else is subjected to their way of doing business.Desired Settlement: I am very disturbed that I was over charged and did not get the binoculars that I had wanted. I would like a refund, even though they stated they was not their policy. I believe they do not run a legitimate business!

Review: I paid 326$ for this product: [redacted] They misrepresented and overpriced a lens they convinced me to buy, even if I was there to have information about cellular phones. They convinced me to take off my camera from its bag (that was quite visible) and started going around the shop and outside showing me the benefits of this lens. The woman who sold us the lens pressed us a lot and started looking at our pockets to know how many Dollars we had. Finally the lens was definitely overpriced, 5 times more than online sellers, 2 times more than [redacted] (even if she reduced the price a bit and included some filters ad adaptors to the package). They presented the product as Super HD Definition while the real quality is extremely bad (the value is really not more than 50$). Finally they showed us a web-site where the same is falsely sold for 1999$. This was the first time in my life I have been cheated this way. They are very good at their job, definitely artists of the sale!Desired Settlement: I'd want to be refunded, if not for the price I paid at least of 200$. Moreover the business should be warned not to use fraudulent selling techniques!

Enclosed please find a sales copy of purchase. The customer had purchased two items.

The first item was a Digitar Advance #VLA4867 lens and the second item was a PRO+HD UV Filter kit, Our intention is to keep customers satisfied. Therefore, upon returning both items purchased we'll gladly refund the full purchase of $300 plus $26.63 sales tax for a total of $326.63.
