Package sent days ago and hasn't been delivered
They says they cannot find the order number And they cannot give me any information whatsoever
There's no phone number and the chat only answers one sentence every fifteen minutes

Their clerical errors caused my items to be stuck at customs overseas, returned to the wrong address, and completely lostManagement is complicit

June still have not received packages, after dozens of calls to their company, and some fake tracking numbers meant to distract me, it becomes apparent that my packages were delivered to the wrong address, the tenant returned them to the FedEx office, and they were lost
