I have been very dissatisfied with my service with Parcel Monkey I purchased postage through them to return a product overseas I was promised that the package would be delivered in days It has now been over a month and the package has not been delivered This package has been lost be the USPS twice now Parcel Monkey has not been supportive during this and are not providing anything other than a half hearted apology as this is not their issue because they don't guarantee their business with the USPS
Sometimes when trying to reach a person at Parcel Monkey they will respond back within a couple of minutes but once you start asking more questions regarding their services and the whereabouts of your package they will either ignore your messages or wait a day to respond

This company acts as a middle man between sender and curriers, they set up deliveryI had a package to be sent to Dublin IreThe package made it to the UK, customs I presume, but I don't know because the tracking abruptly stops in the UKI got my money back from them but I lost out on the value of the packageThey have an insurance option but it doesn't cover personal itemsAfter they lose track of your parcel there is no telling where it isWhat good is tracking if it doesn't prevent loss?

I am now forced to file paperwork in court against parcel monkey to retrieve the money they owe me
Absolute horrible experience!!! The LEAST they could do is properly communicate with their customers, instead of putting them on 'hold' for WEEKS
