We were charged a massive $250 "administration fee" by this organization. We received no services in exchange...I'm on the board of a non-profit and we would never do anything so *** excessive.
Tim, we pay people to set up and activate your file.If you had a lawyer do this for you it would cost thousands of dollars.We can complete your file but you have opted against that.If you want to continue your file we can honor the $250 you initially paid.
First and only offence of shoplifting, aged 54, in 2013. Paid the premium of $900 in Dec. 1, 2015 and was told 'stayed' record will be removed in 1 year. Now it is 2 years and I have been told to be patient as it might take another 2 years! I paid the premium amount to 'fast track' things through. Why state the record will be removed in 1 year, pay lots of money and then be told to wait another 2 years, after already waiting 2 years....4 years??
Bonnie we made the request to the Nelson Police July 2016.You are now clear at the RCMP level so you are safe for work and traveling.We are still awaiting confirmation from the Nelson police that they have removed your record as they have been backlogged.
Employees work on commission and tell you lies to get money from you. Do not give them your credit card info. They Charged me 250 dollars just for a pardon application and said that I was have to pay hundreds more. I told them that I got a Charge last year and that I wanted a travel waiver. They told me that they can help me and then charged me the 250. Then I later found out that I don't need a travel waiver and that even if I did I wouldn't be able to apply for a pardon for 5 years. None of this information was provided to me by the pardons canada employee they were only concerned with getting my credit card info and didn't say much else.
