Dear Mrs [redacted] , Homeowners where pre-qualified as shown in the automated underwriting approval, but where not final approved for the loan by the underwriterI have also included a copy of the Hand Money Contingency Letter that was signed by the homeownersAs it states in the letter that if there is not a mortgage commitment within days the buyers must send in and invoke a termination of this agreementThe homeowners had not informed Maronda Homes Incthat they wish to terminate the agreement, nor that they had not been fully approved by lending institutionsAs stated in the letter, without notification of termination the hand money is non refundable Thank you,Bob Go***Maronda Homes

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It has been five days (the time the Revdex.com said I have to respond) since Maronda's response to my complaint and Bob said the supervisor would contact me within 48hrs and that has NOT happened as I had suspectedMaronda's response to my complaint is the same thing they have been telling me for the past monthsI do want the glass door that they have installed ASAP and I am not sure how long a reorder takes but the other door and shelves should of been in months agoThis problem can be resolved in a matter of a half an hour if they would just get the suppliesAs for the griddle...I ordered my own and Bob was right it does not come with one so I am willing to consider that issue resolved...Please have someone contact me to install the glass cabinet door and then when the other door and shelves are installed I will consider this matter closedUntil then I am not satisfied and I am particularly upset that Bob said they would call me within hours and they didn't...typical! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I don't understand why it takes almost year to get some of these issues resolved and why I had to contact the Revdex.com to get anything resolvedOn the issue regarding the grout in the shower, they filled in the missing grout with the incorrect color from what they originally put itThat needs replaced and done correctlyIn regards to the carpet, I did select the carpet, but was never shown what padding would be under itThey use a very thin padding which is unacceptableIn regards to my sliding door, I am not opening it when it is lockedIt is very easy to tell when it is unlocked and lockedThe lever is either up or downIn regards to the air conditioner, that needs replacedThey are replacing and fixing many in this neighborhood because of various issuesI would also like to see how they calculate what ac goes in each homeI am very disappointed with the low quality products that maronda uses in every aspect of their homesI would have never built a house with them Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mrs***, I have had a chance to review the outside of the property in question as well as speak to the homeowner yesterdayWhile we had a Maronda representative at the home prior to this who spoke to the customer, which is no longer here at Maronda, I have been involved with this home when the issue first raisedAs of todays visit I did not see anything on the outside of the home to show any issues on the construction behalf that was visible I did view the pictures sent in by the homeowner which shows effervescence on the rear cornerWhat I would propose is we can preform a water test if the homeowner would approveWe would be willing to soak the foundation from the outside to show that water is penetrating to the insideAgain from the outside I see no signs of that that are visibleIf we can produce an issue that warrants the foundation being dug up we will do soWile we preform the water test, we will drill a small hole in the interior block and inspect with a camera as wellI have sent this response as a reply to my personal email tot he homeowner as well,.Thank you,Bob G [redacted] Maronda Homes

Hello,This is regarding my complaint with the ID [redacted] I stated in my rejection letter that I did not feel comfortable without having a company come to ensure that all mold was removedMaronda assured us that all mold was removed, but you can clearly see that even after the new door was installed, we still have mold growing in the door frame and will inevitably be making its way to the new door just like happened before.When I pointed it out to them yesterday, they had no response other than they would have to see about it and that "there's really no harm in having mold growing there" as though it was acceptable for there to be mold visibly growingI am so unbelievably disappointed and at this point (after being ignored to my face while they were here) I do not know what else to doThey are completely disregarding all of my concerns and trying to validate the fact that their apparent design flaw (their words) is no big dealI just don't see how mold growing rapidly is no big dealI am attaching photos to show what I meanThese were taken moments ago (Friday evening) after they assured me Wednesday that the mold was 100% taken care of and goneThursday I pointed out the mold and was ignoredTonight this is what it looks likeI know it's the weekend, so if you could get back to me ASAP Monday and tell me how I should handle the next step since I have already rejected their response and don't know if I should contact them directly or not.Thank you so much for your help, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a heating repair bill and on the first line it says "going out on pressure switch" The technician who worked on the furnace removed the pressure switch and the tubing and water came out of the switch and tubingHe then removed the boot from the inducer to the exhaust vent tube and more water came outHe cut the exhaust vent pipe and removed two pieces of grassI told him about the issue I had in May with the birds getting into the Exhaust side of the vent tubeThe technician from [redacted] said it was possibleHe then put it all back together and tried it again and it only ran for three minutes and shut offThen he proceeded to clean drains, pressure switch, tubing and inducerTried it again and the furnace still only ran for three minutesThe only way he could get the furnace to run was leaving the door offI attached a picture showing how the furnace door is offI have also attached a picture of the water that is accumulating under the furnaceIf the furnace was installed correctly their would not be any water under itThe technician also told me to blow into the check valve and tubing when the furnace shuts off to get it running againWith the door off I have had to reset the furnace and blow out the water in the tubing and pressure switch about every three days Regards, [redacted] ***
