Dear MsGibbons,We are very sorry for the confusion on how our billing system functions We have noted that you spoke with our Store Operations Manager located in our corporate offices on 10/ She has noted that the following conversation took place via phone on that date:I explained to her that when she originally placed her order in June, there was a payment hold on her account and therefore was not charged at the time The charge of $ [redacted] on 8/22/was for part of the order placed in June The other $ [redacted] was not charged until 10/8/ The charges totaled $which was the total amount of her original order I explained to her that when the store set up her customer profile in NetSuite, they inadvertently saved her credit card information along with it I did indicate that this was not the reason for the charges as they were attached to her original order I did share with her that I deleted the credit card information from her profile so that is no longer an issue She was refunded [redacted] Therefore, received all of her merchandise free of charge.Again, we apologize for any confusion caused by our system's functionality and the subsequent poor information provided to you.Sincerely,Parker School Uniforms Customer Service

There is a possibility that an online system glitch caused your card to be charged but not actually complete your order as there is not a completed order with a confirmation number.I have reached out to your school's local store location and they are having your school's emblem applied to the size you ordered. Dear Ms***,Thank you for your response.The item you are referencing with the attached tracking number was shipped in early September and not delivered to you as you noted. When you submitted your Revdex.com case originally, you noted that you had not received that item, and others from your order, so we replaced the entire order for you, including the short sleeve oxford you are asking to exchangeYou accepted the replacement shipment containing replacements of your original order on October 9, 2017. Your receipt and acceptance of the replacement items render the oxford that was returned to the warehouse not eligible for return or exchange as you are in possession of the replacement oxford.If you would like to exchange the replacement oxford that you received for a different shirt you may return it to the store location or you may return it by mail to our corporate offices.Our apologies if your replacement shipment has caused any confusion in this exchange.Sincerely,Parker School Uniforms

I will be looking for the shipment of long sleeve yellow polosAs far as the Oxford shirtsNo I would rather not place another order through Parker but I did not receive Oxford shirts I have attached screen shots of the tracking info related to the tracking number you gave me and it says it was shipped but was being returned to the shipperBefore the Oxford shirts do get shipped I would like to swap the Oxford shirt you say was shipped for the long sleeve blue sz 12. thank you
