  What about the yellow long sleeve polos I have not received? The tracking number I was given for those last week is “not found”

[redacted]The message from Parker School Uniforms stating that I received all my merchandise free of charge is an absolute [redacted].   Yes, I finally got my funds refunded to me but not without a hassle.  I personally know of another friend last week, same uniform company for same high school, and she was charged last week for merchandise she not purchase.  [redacted].  I have documentation from my credit card company that shows I did not receive anything for free...credits and debit does not equal zero on my account to Parker. Thank you,[redacted] Gibbons

Dear Ms. Gibbons,We are very sorry for the confusion on how our billing system functions.  We have noted that you spoke with our Store Operations Manager located in our corporate offices on 10/16.  She has noted that the following conversation took place via phone on that date:I explained...

to her that when she originally placed her order in June, there was a payment hold on her account and therefore was not charged at the time.  The charge of $[redacted] on 8/22/17 was for part of the order placed in June.  The other $[redacted] was not charged until 10/8/17.  The 2 charges totaled $304.59 which was the total amount of her original order.  I explained to her that when the store set up her customer profile in NetSuite, they inadvertently saved her credit card information along with it.  I did indicate that this was not the reason for the charges as they were attached to her original order.  I did share with her that I deleted the credit card information from her profile so that is no longer an issue.  She was refunded [redacted]  Therefore, received all of her merchandise free of charge.Again, we apologize for any confusion caused by our system's functionality and the subsequent poor information provided to you.Sincerely,Parker School Uniforms Customer Service

  I received a package from you today, but I stated in one of my messages regarding these items that the items were supposed to be LONG SLEEVE polos and of course I received short sleeves which I had already gotten the day of the pop up store in our town. I don’t understand why there is so many mix ups with your company! I assumed going to the pop up store would be the best thing but it’s not cause the carbon copy receipt I received you can hardly see but you can see it says “yellow LS knit”. Also with the pop up store the people running it need to be more aware of what they are doing cause in my very first complaint I stated there were several items I ordered that either did not get written down or did get written down that was on back order and now I’ll never see cause you are unable to read my receipt ( after 4 months ) it’s basically no proof to you. So again I guess I am out my original items and some money still. Which I had planned to let go but it’s just one thing after another. I had hoped this would have gone a different way. As I had said before customer service is less than helpful, everything is all messed up and instead of your company taking responsibility for their mistakes and errors it’s always the customers fault. I reject this all together and will take my business else where from now on. Thank you

I agree that majority of my items were shipped and over nighted to me. I disagree because I am still missing 3 items. A small yellow girls long sleeve polo, a large yellow boys long sleeve polo, and a long sleeve blue Oxford shirt size 12. I appreciate the items finally being sent but am still needing these few items. Thank you[redacted]

It is not my job to keep track of the items. It was sent back over a month ago. Had you done your jobs in the first place, I wouldn't need to be here. Do the research and you will see thar the items were returned. You were lucky I still had the initial invoice. This was supposed yo be cancelled before it was even sent. Had you looked into, you would have seen that. I just want my money back so Idon't ever have to deal with you people again

Manufacturing time is between 2 and 3 weeks...
