Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Again when the first complaint was filed all information was listed my name the year of the car and the impound date trully it does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Funny how u have no info but I recieved a certified letter from your establishment that I will be picking up tommorow. So again I suggest u take the time out to do your job correctly and I will continue to pursue my complaint and will be making it public.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Your response is crap.  There should have never been mud on my seat, door or steering wheel.  I will continue to fight you on this as I know your employees did this on purpose!  Check your video cameras and you will see them doing this.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Although it may classify this incident as private property in speaking with the property...

management company whom has contracted this company still required to follow proper towing guidelines. My car was towed again without a warning sticker or notification. The property manager also advised they did not make the call for the tow request either. The towing company took it upon themselves to tow my vehicle as they were patrolling the [redacted] complex. The tow company employees have been seen several times on the property trying to open the doors of vehicles. This has become a matter of not following the property management protocol and looking for possible tows. So maybe at this time I need to seek an attorney to file a civil suit.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The private property the vehicle was parked on requires permits. There was no permit visible on the car or in the car.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/28) */
We are unable to comment on this complaint since the vehicle owner threatened to "kill" our driver and we are pressing charges with the local authorities.
Also, this complaint is outside the Revdex.com purview because this person is not our...

customer.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (4200, 16, 2015/10/05) */
This is not a third party complaint as this "person" is the registered owner of the vehicle in question, which would have been noted at the time had the driver bothered to verify ownership of the vehicle. Which it states on PA website that they must do prior to releasing a vehicle from their control.
I will assume the party who cemented on behalf of PA on this matter is not as i[redacted] as his driver (who claims he didn't know where he was when he attempted to charge $75 instead of $15 because he thought we were in [redacted] and I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he is just taking the side of his employee which I understand as I am also a business owner. With that said, I would like to state that I never threatened to kill his driver or anyone (I'll address that later).
In reference to the statement "we are unable to comment on this complaint because the vehicle owner threatened to kill our driver..." You should know that had charges been filed it would be a criminal matter between the alleged victim (the driver) and the alleged suspect (myself). There is no "we" in the issue as PA would not qualify as a victim, therefore the representative who posted the comment is in fact a third party and has no grounds to claim part to being involved in the charges. Therefore the representative for PA cannot hide behind bogus allegations and pending legal action to abate his duty to comment on the actions of his driver, which are outlined below:
-Threatened me with a felony of interfering with a tow. When procedurally he should've said, "if you can prove this is your vehicle and you pay a $15 drop fee I will release it" and the matter would've ended.
-Defaced my property by sticking a huge sticker on it AFTER I informed him it was my vehicle.
-Attempted to extort $60 by stating it would cost $75 to drop the vehicle, when [redacted] law places a maximum of $15 for a drop fee.
-Was not aware of the area he was working in given he tried to charge an [redacted] drop fee when the contract he works under is for a [redacted] address. When your job involves taking peoples property you better have a very good understanding of all aspects including what jurisdiction you are in.
-Did not verify ownership of the vehicle.
-Initiated verbal abuse, stating I was a punk, snitch, and a b[redacted].
At that point it was already established he was going to release the vehicle for $15, I had no reason to engage any conversation with the driver.
-Threatened to "get" my vehicle later.
As far as the allegations of me threatening to kill the driver, this is a flat out lie by the driver to cover up for his actions. I understand as an adult that my words may have consequences; therefore I do not say things I don't mean. With that said I am a grown man and I don't appreciate having insults hurled at me. So what I told the driver was I would be happy to let him try to make me his b[redacted], right then or at any time or place he deems necessary.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2015/10/07) */
As stated previously, we are unable to comment further.
Thank you.

Complaint: 12738863Make and Model as well as license plate...

information for Complaint regarding Parking Authority LLC found at 5056 48th Ave, Denver, CO 80216. This information can also be found in original complaint e-mailed to company. Make/Model: [redacted] License: [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]

If the vehicle started then why did you not just start the vehicle when the tow truck towed it out of the yard? Instead you towed it to a repair shop knowing the vehicle started and you didn't need to take it to a repair shop?

We apologize for the miscommunication and length of time that it has taken us to review this issue. We have viewed all pertinent...

information and have concluded that there was no way for our equipment to do the damage that you are claiming. The only items that our equipment touches on towed vehicles is the rubber of the tires as we do not use flatbeds or slings.

This complaint is outside of the purview of the Revdex.com as we have not provided any services to the complainant. We provide services to the property that the vehicle was illegally parked on. Thank you.

All vehicles parked on that private property must have valid license plates displayed at all times. Vehicles that do not follow this rule are warned about the violation just as complainant described. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to follow all parking rules on that private property.

This complaint is out of the Revdex.com's purview as this impound was at the direction of the private property. Please have the complainant contact the property.

All permits must be displayed in vehicle either on the window(s) or on the dash as permit email instructions state.

We have reviewed the situation. During that day it was very muddy in our impound yard. However, at no time did anyone intentionally "rub", "smear" or "place" mud in a vehicle on purpose. As far as the reason for impound; the impound was appropriate as the complainant states.

I am rejecting this response because:Per the email of which I can provide a copy- that with my payment I amto receive a permenant parking pass for my address...

within 1-2 business days, and to print and use the temporary parking pass.  While they state that they are not going to refund my tow charge or my $2.50 original parking fee they do need to provide the permanent parking pass that it says I will receive in the email.  I have not received the pass as of yet and I would be happy to provide the email stating that I am to receive said pass.  It is unacceptable to except me to hold up " having a parking pass visible" while they knew it had been paid and not do what is contractually obligated in an email written by them.  I would like my permenant parking pass mailed to my address.  Thank you -

Please send date, time and make, model, color and plate number of vehicle so we can research this situation.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: You are wrong your equipment did damage my vehicle. As I mentioned before this is very tight parallel parking on top of that its not a straight road it is curved which makes it even tighter. There was no way your driver could have got to the front two tires of my car without hitting the car in front of me or got to back of my car without hitting the car behind me. The only way your driver could have gotten my car out was to drag it out sideways. I have seen your drivers tow cars on multiple occasions they are not very careful or trained very well. They are in such a hurry so they don't get caught stealing cars that I seen them hook up and drag a truck without the rear tires turning. I don't know how your company damaged my car but what I do know is when I parked it wasn't leaking oil or ever had but when I got it back from you and home it was running out of a hole in the oil pan.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We understand the complainant's frustration. However, this location has consistent issues with illegal parking and all the information we have, including our intellectual property (pictures, video, individual witnesses, etc.) that we do not share in order to keep the integrity for possible litigation action, shows that the occupants of this vehicle did visit [redacted] first.

We believe this complaint is outside the Revdex.com purview since the complaint deals more with the private property parking rules.  Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I reject because neither the HOA or Security Company caused $1,400 of damages to my car!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

With respect to why the vehicle was impounded. The reason for impound is on the receipt that the vehicle owner received when they retrieved their vehicle. We can confirm that the private property that the vehicle was parked does not allow street parking in the area that the vehicle was parked in. They do this for safety reason and fire access. The owner of the property is the Metropolitan District. Because of client confidentiality reasons, we are not allowed to directly give out phone numbers or contact information other than  the name, Metropolitan District. The apartment complex that the vehicle owner was visiting also knows how to reach the Metropolitan District since they work with them closely. The apartment complex does have a leasing office that is open during normal business hours during the week. Thank you.
