I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see attached list I was provided when I informed the leasing office that I was considering leaving the apartment complex.  I feel they owe me $75.00 for the dish removal based on this form.  I have been charged twice what was listed on this form.  This was the reason for my complaint in the first place.

Thank you for your concern and allowing me to respond on behalf of Partridge Meadows.  Last year after the property manager left her position at Partridge Meadow we audited the files.  We found several unprocessed move out inspections.  Unfortunately, [redacted] file for...

[redacted] was one of them that had not been processed.  She has a balance due of $158.26 for carpet replacement, general cleaning and repairing holes left in walls after deducting the security and pet deposits.   However, she fulfilled her lease and does not owe any rent.  She owes for the above mentioned damage/cleaning issues only.   [redacted] has made 1 payment of $26.37 and therefore has a balance due of $131.89.  The payments must be made out to Partridge Meadows Apartments and mailed to [redacted]  [redacted]

As I stated in my complaint the move out sheet showed a charge of $25 to $75 to do the dish removal.  I don't understand why I am being charged twice as much for this service.  It was bad enough that when I called about my deposit they couldn't find my paperwork because it had been filed away.  If I had not called would I have even received the $50?  Please refund me the $75 overcharge for removal of the dish and I will be satisfied.

As stated in my original response, the damages claimed by Partridge Meadows are for a property vacated in 2016. According to their records I occupied said property until February of 2017. After auditing my file this too should have been addressed, along with their lack of accountability for almost an entire year of no attempt to contact me. Until all records are updated to the correct information, and all invoices for the said damages provided to me, I do not feel I should be held responsible for an arbitrary amount. The vacancy of a position and the search time spent to fill said Property Manager position is not an issue I should be concerned with, nor should I be at fault for an accountability problem the company experienced internally. At this time, the copy of an invoice provided to me is in the amount of $330 (to repair damages claimed). This amount is under the $550 (move-in deposit + pet deposit) the property management company held in reserve. In that instance, a total of $120 should be deducted and amount owed by me comes to a total of $11.89.

We would like to be refunded the $75.50 late fee and have the legal action against us halted, our be released from our rental agreement.

I attached the cleaning charges checklist that our company has been using since June 27, 2014. Notice the charges for satellite dish removal range from $150-300. The charge of $150 from Ms. [redacted]s security deposit was on the low end of the range. Considering the satellite dish was left attached to the building, holes drilled in the wood siding, all of the wire run, and holes drilled through walls, this is a reasonable charges.  The charges removed from the deposit stand as is.
