The manufactured for my fridge quick making the control board that I needed and my local repair guy suggested I try to find it onlineI first got in touch with the manufacturer to make 100% I had the right part number and then after reading less than stellar reviews for Part Simple and many of their competitors I went with Part simple because 1) the participated with the Revdex.com and 2) they had responded to many of the critical reviews with logical responsesI did open an online chat session with one of Part Simples agents while I was putting in the order I wanted confirmation from a human that they actually had the part in-stock which they didI opted to pay $for day shipping and ordered on Friday afternoonIt went out Friday night and FedEx delivered it Tuesday a.mTurns out the part was not only the right part, but it worked as advertised Overall I'd say a good experience

I am very pleased with the service of PartSimple I was a little discouraged that I could no longer buy the item I needed and had to pay for mine to get repaired My *** guy recommended PartSimple They received my part on a Friday and I had it back on a Tuesday in perfect working condition They alerted me when they got my part and when the mailed it back to me I would highly recommend them Thank you for a great service!

I found the part I needed for my TV on PartSimple at a slightly lower price that other sites I placed it in my cart, paid for it and received an email confirmation I contacted customer service chat person to see if part comes with the screws and she said it did not and the part is no longer avaiable and I will receive a cancellation email in 1-business days Since I just ordered it a few minutes ago, I asked if she could just cancel it and not tie up my money She sent me this: Thank you for ordering from PartSimple.comPer your request, we have submitted a cancellation request for this order; this request does not guarantee we will be able to cancel your orderIf you ordered a special order item, if the item has been pulled for shipping or already shipped through the system, we may not be able to cancel this orderIf we are able to cancel this order you will receive an email confirming your cancellation is completePlease note that cancellations take 1-business days to complete

I placed an order for a part that I was not notified wasn't even in stockThe money was taken from my account already so I emailed them and they said that the part was special order and special orders take longer and I would not be refundedI gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited till the expected shipping date, May 7thNow when I check the status the date has been removed and it just says "back order"I feel robbed

I have never dealt with such a stupid company like this!! I would not recommend any one to purchase from themThey are very unprofessional, they lie they have the part and after waiting for the part to arrive ( a week later) they tell you they don't have the part in store no more after you contact THEM!!! They didnt bother to let me know the part wasnt in stock, sent them an email to ask after the expected delivery date had passed and thats when they said they dont have the part any moreWhy not let the person know from the get go? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I ordered a replacement ** ice maker for my refrigerator from Part Simple Their web page listed it as a replacement for my ice maker by model number It did not fit and was not really a replacement for my ice maker I called and they said I could send it back at my expense which did not make me happy They said it was not their fault that it did not fit because ** gave them the info on what fit Only after I said I would challenge the billing with my credit card company did they agree to pay the return shipping I will not order anything else from them They had a good price and if the part would have fit it would have all been good, but..., I will not deal with someone who takes that attitude

In March of 2016, I placed an order for a RAM-3M3-03 (gas heater controller). I initially received a delivery date of 30 Mar, after getting no other updates about items being shipped or processed I gave them a call. Upon speaking with their customer service they assured me that it would be processed and delivered by the 31st of March.

Fast forward to the 11th of April and I had received nothing from them and no status updates to the order. I called the customer service again and spoke with Nancy, who made a point to continue talking over me 3 times in a row whenever I asked a question saying that there's no guarantees and orders will be processed when they're processed. I asked for the supervisors name after getting nowhere with her, who is Bobby.

I called Bobby about an hour later after never getting a call back when promised by Nancy and spoke with her about my issue. She then became very irritated and told me because it is a special order item that it has to be ordered from the supplier directly and that it would be coming in on April the 18th. I told her that this was the same thing they had told me back in March to which she answered that she could see their order and it would be processed to be delivered by the 18th.

I asked again if she could see their order process then in fact it would be on that next truck to which she refused to say yes and said she cant see that level of detail. When I asked who the order was through to try to contact them she refused to give me any of that information even though in March they had given the company name and location (but I failed to write it down). Regardless at this point I was fed up and am now working with my credit card company to process a dispute to the charge. Completely unacceptable.

This order was placed on our site on Friday January 8th at 5:42pm for a Briggs & Stratton 699103 Carburetor. Our supplier informed us early the following week that the Carburetor was no longer available. Our inventory systems are updated daily and while we made every effort to fill his order we...

were unable to do so. With Snow Blower season now in full swing there is a large demand for carburetors at this time of year and 34 of this model carburetor were sold earlier that day on our site. We did inform Mr. [redacted] of this unfortunate issue as soon as it was realized we could not fill his order and he quickly became abusive and threatening on the phone to our customer service representative.  I personally called back Mr. [redacted] and again explained the situation, thinking there was some misunderstanding, and he continued to threaten me at which time I explained there is nothing more we can do. I had shopped for a replacement refrigerator door bin for a ** side-by-side. The ** site was selling it for $72.75 with a 10% discount (if you asked for it) and free shipping. I found the same part with [redacted] for only $30.19. The replacement part was promptly shipped to me with standard shipping and I did not experience any delays or customer service issues of any kind. I wanted to be sure to share my experience because the reviews I've read about them really had me regretting I had made the purchase from them at all! However, I'm glad to report, that I had no issues at all!

I ordered a [redacted] dryer part through the PartSimple website and of course, they charged my credit card immediately. I was provided a shipping date that came and went with no action or notice. I called the company and was provided a new shipping date that was again not honored. After giving them a third try at keeping to a target shipping date, they failed again and did not even notify me. I then (at their recommendation) cancelled my order. With that, I received an email notice that a refund would be processed only IF the part had not already shipped from their supplier. I have yet to receive a refund and have been without a functioning dryer for more than a month.

I have gone ahead and refunded the customer the $35 overnight shipping fee to ensure Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with this resolution.

Ordered parts for my washer. Everything said ships within 24-48hrs. After 7 days only 1 of my items had shipped so I contacted them, and was given some ** excuses. One of the items went to backorder and they never contacted me to ask if I'd like to replace the item w/ an identical one for only $0.12 more. Especially since this item was holding up the rest of the order. Which didn't make sense since the other item shipped fine. I cancelled that one part, which took 2 days, and got it from [redacted] cheaper (considering they were gonna charge me more shipping). Needless to say, I was w/o all washer for 3 weeks due to their incompetence. Parts were at a great price, but I would have paid more to get them within the timeframe advertised.

Your note to the Revdex.com mentions dissatisfaction with the timeliness of your refund but as noted on the site it can take 7-10 days to process your refund. Taking into consideration "Business Days" your refund was given after 5 business days of receipt and since you were already refunded this issue becomes a moot point at this time.
Your second point mentions "due to their listing being wrong it was the wrong part..." if you can direct me to the part of the product description that was incorrect it would help with the decision to refund your shipping cost.

Business stated that it has sent me a refund, 5 days after the part was returned which is false because I have not received the refund. I have a copy of my bank statement that shows the refund has not been added.

This should clearly conclude his case in our favor and should be noted that we did refund the customer per our policies prior to any case being opened and that he himself agrees that him ordering the incorrect part was in no fault of ours.

We replied to  Mr. [redacted] via email regarding his return request with no response until we received this Revdex.com complaint on the 22nd.We are happy to say that we went ahead and had another part sent to the customer with [redacted] Tracking number of  [redacted] which was delivered on January 8th.Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.
