We bought a sun room from them, years ago Liked it so much we bought another one The windows we were told were guaranteed for life Since then, the first sunroom has had two windows with failed seals (and they get all foggy inside They said they would fix the situation (months ago), they sent someone out to measure them Weeks later I called them to see where they were in the replacement - figuring they had had plenty of time to special order them They said they didn't like the first guys measurements and so they were sending out another person to remeasure That never happened Now I call them and they say they have no record of any of this

Purchased and installed replacement windows for our home in December We have noticed that every time the windows are opened bugs get in even though the screens are in placeWe called the company a couple of weeks ago now about this situationThey called and asked my wife if she had bothered the windows or screen and then stated they would get back to usI called the company days later and they stated they would get a ticket starteddays later the company called to see if he could stop by at 2:that dayMy wife informed him that she is not available at that time because she picks up our grand daughter from schoolHe did hung up and we have not heard from him since, that has been a several days now

We had s sunroom installed 7-8/Numerous negative issues occurred This review is related to an infestation of stinkbugs that we have When the room was under construction in your completion we pointed out that there was a problem with stinkbugs as daily there were to crawling around on the ceiling that we're getting in somewhere at the roof ceiling line of the sunroom that is she was never solved, the room was completed, and we continue to have a horrible problem with these insectsWe have called or emailed patriot no less than six times since August about this issue, and nine months later the room is still not usable as the bugs fall on the furniture fall on people and generally are quite a nuisance In addition, the stench from the box infiltrates into the house whenever the door to the sunroom is openObviously the smell has permeated things in the sunroom The workers that were doing the room as well as the supervisors Mike and Jim were all aware that this issue was a problem prior to completion of the project Our request for a resolution have gone on answered except for the fact that they want their final payment For a room that is not usable Exterminator was of no help as we've been told that the issue is the room is not properly sealed

Great experience all around!

We contracted with Patriot Sunrooms to build a sunroom onto our home in October and the project was just started in April of Patriot subcontracted the pouring of the concrete with *** *** When the concrete was pouredit was fine It was when the concrete was sealed that large white splotches appeared over the surface and have not gone away Patriot is pushing us to go forward with the sunroom construction without rectifying the concrete issue This is unacceptable to us

windowsThe screen in the windows had slid past the meeting rail of the window allowing the bug to allow a gap between the glass and screenThat gap was large enough for bugs to get through

The vendor did come out and inspect the windows in questionThe screen had not slipped, but we did discuss the possibility that it could and that it is possible that the wind had vibrated the screening allowing it to slip and form a gap for bugs to enter when window is openIf that is the case I question the quality of the merchandize but at least they responded and came out to inspect

We met with the customer along with the concrete contractor to address their concernsIt was agreed that the concrete needed approximately days to cureAfter that time we would be moving forward with the sunroom project
