Hello Mrs ***As you can see this client was promised that we would pay to repair his speakers, we made over appointments for him with an independent radio repair shop and he never showed up for any of these appointments.Our service manager advised this client he would not make any future appointments and to just bring the vehicle in when the client was available and he would try to take care of the speaker issue in a timely manner, as per this clients complaint about accidents, we have Carfax reports available at no charge for every vehicle, I sent a copy to you, this vehicle passed every state inspection over the years especially after the stated accident which happened month after the original owner took delivery, so it was repaired correctly.This client negotiated the deal and said he did not want the lifetime warranty from [redacted] and would prefer to reduce the price, we try to dissuade all of our clients from doing so but he stated that he knew about cars and that he would prefer to save the money,reluctantly we agree, as you can see based on the documents provided.This client wanted to pay $a month with down AS IS, to accomplish this we had to discount our car significantly $16,to come close to what he wanted, he signed that he was buying the vehicle with no warranties what so everWe are still happy to repair his speakers even though the We Owed he signed(promising the speaker repairs) expired days after deliveryHe purchase a high end luxury car that is years oldwith some cosmetic issues at a great price, he was told that if he paid the asking price and the fees we would repair the cosmetic issues and give him a great warranty but he declinedas you can see based on the documents provided

We are very sorry for what happen in this situation, Although it is inexcusable, this exactly what happenThat car was being held for the consumer , we have spoken to her bank and taken all the measure to make sure that the process run smoothWe have two location, some one from the other location took the car at night and sold it to another client without us knowingKeep in mind as manager and sales rep, we only get compensated for what we sell so it was not in our favor to hand them this car and let them sell itBesides the customer grief that we have to deal with, we also loss by not getting the saleThis was explain to the client by our managers and sales repWe understand that she was very upset, but we were very apologetic, we refunded her money back right away, we told her we pay for her gas and toll, We also told her to pick any car that she wants and we will discount the car significantly to make her happyUnfortunately at that time, she did not pay attention to any of our offers , we also called the manager of the other store to try to get the car back but they were unsuccessfulAgain, what happen is wrong and theres no excuse for itWe let go of the sales rep that took the car from us, and we implemented more measure so that situation like this wont happen againIf there is anything I can do at all, please give me a call at [redacted] ***Ask for Russel M [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: yes I was there last night and the problem is still unresolved because the manager name Russle basically told me I bought a bad car and its not their responsibility because the bank and I owns the car so he told me the best thing to do is get another loan stop pay the other loan and let the bank repo my car .what sense does that make then my credit and everything goes down I stayed without this car up till this day am longing to bring my new born son to the doctor I have no vehicleNo one contacted me to resolve anything I have phone records showing numerous times I had to contact them

Mrs*** *** stop by the dealer and was helped by *** *** the
sales repthat helped her at the time of purchase, she sat in my office and asked for
me to help her get into a
vehicle, since there was not any that other dealer have've been able to do
so, I told her I was going to help her the best way possible and I send her to
our main store in Avenel, NJAnd we were able to get her approved thru
Santander financial services, for an Mazda tribune; We got her approved
with a total of $as a down payment; After we explained her contracts and
payments, we also explained to her the 30 day Drivetrain warranty given to her
as per NJ State law from the day of purchaseThe fact is that she called the
dealer days after buying the car on 10/08/telling me that her car broke
down, I instructed her to bring car to our service facility and once the service
manager Ron' inspected the car informed her that she was out of the 30day
warranty and that she was responsible to pay for her own repairsI spoke with her
and told again she only had a 30day warranty and that we could help her by
charging her just cost of the parts and cost to labor as long as she knew she
was responsible for the repairs, at the time she got upset and told me she was
going to talk to a lawyer and in which I could no longer speak with her as long as
she was going to do thatMrs*** was fully aware of the contract and her
warranty when she bought the carI also reached out to her to have a better
understanding of why she is complaining and writing bad reviews when all I did
personally was help her get into a vehicle, we all are responsible for our cars
or goods we do purchase with a limited warranty, I even spoke with her on
10/21/and made her the offer of helping her by fixing the car at our own
cost and she did refuse, she also made a comment the day she bought the car at
our Avenel dealership 'that this was the best deal transaction at a dealer that
she's been" and now we are the worse after the fact that she was or is responsible for the
maintenance, and please note that we are willing to help the customer always
also customer came by and we spoke personally face to face and I again offer to
fix the car at our cost and she refused again her replied to me was take the car
back and put me in another car, I explained to her that we could do that only if she

I am rejecting this response because:
First off, the speakers are really the last of my worries, as I am concerned this vehicle was in a major undocumented accident. I will upload supporting documents in the coming days as I am receiving inspections by a second round of mechanics that are outside of the EMG auto circle. The first mechanics stated that this vehicle is in need of so much repair that EMG auto mechanics are either extremely incompetent or grossly involved in a scheme to provide unknowing consumers with damaged goods. The mere attempt to pin my lack of purchasing a warranty as some excuse for the business's lack in ethics is low at best. I never stated in the dealership that I "knew about vehicles" and my monthly expenses for the car loan are far beyond what this business is stating. Therefore, their statement is based in an attempt to skew the facts. However, the business did say that there was no expiration on the speakers repair, which again, is the last of my worries. This vehicle, just yesterday, died on the freeway and is now in the shop, again. My complaint remains unresolved and this business is simply trying to play a "who is at fault" game instead of fixing a very serious problem.

He purchase a high end luxury car that is 7 years oldwith some cosmetic issues at a great price, he was told that if he paid the asking price and the fees we would repair the cosmetic issues and give him a great warranty but he declined. as you can see based on the documents provided.

I am rejecting this response because:This business has a tenuous grasp on the English language let alone proper business ethics. I had to leave the area due to military service so I was not able to upload the documents from qualified mechanics stating the obvious damage this vehicle has received. When I am back in the area, I will post those documents as soon as possible. Should they continue to not make an attempt to resolve this issue I may be forced to look for other guidance on how to proceed.

I am rejecting this response because: Lenin is providing false information. 1. I never provided them with a $3800 deposit. I have voicemails and conversations to prove it. I have been recording every conversation that I have with them thru phone and in person. 2. I was only contacted with a resolution after they registered my vehicle 2 MONTHS after the sale on 10/16/2015! I purchased the car on 8/8/2015.  They were sure to register it in my name after I called complaining and telling them I was going to contact my lawyer for a week & then im sure they contacted me to resolve the issue since the car was no longer registered to them & they felt that they no longer had liability because im now, 2 months later the owner of the lemon. They registered my car a week after I called crying that my engine seized. At the time of the car breaking down, the car was still registered to them. When I met w Lenin on 10/23 he offered to fix the engine if I pay the 1,000 that was due for the promissory. He said he would put that money towards the repairs, also stated I were to sign legal waivers that were to say I was happy with the repairs and willingly trading out of the vehicle. (I have all of this recorded on my phone, every conversation since my car has broken down to prove what a bunch of liars they are) Im sorry but I am not signing anything for this schemy dealership who takes advantage of minority woman and charges them excessive interest rates, frauds the bank to get you approved for loans & sells cars w prior conditions. I also printed the carfax and called the dealership that serviced my car a few days before EMG purchased it and I was told they have notes of sludge in the engine and a trans leak. I was never told any of this when purchasing the car! I was sold a car w/ prior conditions that were never disclosed to me. If I would have been given a copy of the carfax when purchasing the car I would've called then and if I knew then what Ive learned now about the vehicle, I would have NEVER purchased this car.  I am now working w a lawyer and pursing this dealership. I am taking every step possible to have them take responsibility for their actions. This dealership is involved w/ bank fraud, consumer fraud. They should NOT be Revdex.com Accredited, fully investigated and shutdown for fraud. They are thieves.

We are sorry that the client feels that way, we send you all the papers sign by the client stating everything he agree at the time of purchased and we are still honoring everything we promised to him, he purchased the vehicle AS IS by his own choice, we told him that he was purchasing a used luxury 8 year old vehicle and that we did not recommend him to take it with out a warranty, as the papers we provided shows he said he wanted to save the money instead the original price was $19,495.00 plus tax and fees, it would have come with an unlimited years unlimited miles warranty from [redacted] at the time a [redacted] company, as you saw on the papers we send you he decided to wave the coverage and take an almost $4,000.00 in savings, we did not want to go that way we repeatedly told him he was better serve if he opted for the warranty instead, he refused, now that the vehicle requires extended service he wants us to take care of it.
