We are very sorry for what happen in this situation, Although it is inexcusable, this exactly what happen. That car was being held for the consumer , we have spoken to her bank and taken all the measure to make sure that the process run smooth. We have two location, some one from the other location...
took the car at night and sold it to another client without us knowing. Keep in mind as manager and sales rep, we only get compensated for what we sell so it was not in our favor to hand them this car and let them sell it. Besides the customer grief that we have to deal with, we also loss by not getting the sale. This was explain to the client by our managers and sales rep. We understand that she was very upset, but we were very apologetic, we refunded her money back right away, we told her we pay for her gas and toll, We also told her to pick any car that she wants and we will discount the car significantly to make her happy. Unfortunately at that time, she did not pay attention to any of our offers , we also called the manager of the other store to try to get the car back but they were unsuccessful. Again, what happen is wrong and theres no excuse for it. We let go of the sales rep that took the car from us, and we implemented more measure so that situation like this wont happen again.
