I have been with Eanes for over years They set up a zoning system in my 2-story house that has performed very well I have always kept a maintenance agreement and so bi-annual service/filter change is included Emergency service has been prompt Technicians have always been professional (they wear disposable booties to come into my house) and office staff are always friendly and polite
Skylar was very professional and let me know what needed attention He also let me know what was covered under warranty and what was not He was able to order a part and make the repair within a few days As always, I was pleased with the service I received
In my experience with Eanes, I was very disappointedAlthough they are a major name in the industry, I called them in reference to my heat pumpIt quit working late January of They looked at it (took trips) to find that there was a leakThey said they would like to to tie off the entire system to check for leaks since they could not find it, although one technician said that 95% of the time the leak is in the air handler unitI opted for the full testTied off of Friday with no heat going in to the coldest weather of the seasonTechnician recommended I spend a couple hundred dollars on a space heaterI survived until Tuesday but found out it was in my air handler unit after I spent almost at that pointTechnician told me it would be another to repairbringing the bill to around Told me I might want to consider a whole new unitNever using them again ever!!!!! I got it repaired for another What a huge rip off this company is
I began my association with Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning in November of My husband had just died that year and my first major appliance repair, and ultimate replacement, left me wondering who to call I felt like a fish out of water A friend recommended Eanes The representative spent time to diagnosis the problem and then offered me three options There was no pressure for which option to choose They presented me with good information and answered all my questions so that I understood the difference between the options and made an informed decision My new system was installed the day before Thanksgiving, at my request The staff took time to explain the thermostat so that I could utilize the system in the most efficient way I have been extremely pleased with all of the service representatives that have come in to my home to service the system I called the emergency service line this Saturday morning because the house was not cooling Four hours later, the technician had arrived, the problem had been diagnosed, the part had been replaced and the house was cooling down again The cost, just a service call charge because the part was covered under the warranty Thank you to Jeff C who efficiently and respectfully provided the service this morning I was surprised when he remembered details from previous service calls he had provided us Thank you to Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning, and specifically Jeff C, for making my overall experience a positive one
The Eanes technicians always have great customer service and are very professionalI love the fact that they take the time that is needed to complete a proper inspection of my units and are not in a hurry Everything is explained to me, my questions are answered, and I have peace of mind when the inspection has been completed I will continue to be a loyal customer of Eanes
