normal;"> Yes, we had a scheduling error due to the fact that we had new temps working for us that week and they were learning the computer system2.) Our technicians do not carry every single part for every single system on their truck so we had to special order the part. Our tech did show the customer how to keep the heat running until the part came in so the customer would not be without heat3.) On January 5th we were running behind due to emergencies, we had a number of our service partners, who pay monthly fees, without heat that morning, so we fell behind in the schedule by a couple hours.
4.) On the return visit our tech did notice there was another issue after putting in the part that was ordered. We have very good technicians and we train them to make sure everything is in good working order before stepping away from a job. Unfortunately we did not see this issue the first time. Unfortunatley the part was not a stocked item so he had to special order it5.) We then returned on January 12th, installed the new parts and unit worked fine
Unfortunately it was just one of those times where the parts had to be special orderedAs for our customer service, we were going thru a transition period during that time where of our customer service representatives were replaced and we had some temps in answering phones. Since then we have hired new full time CSR’s that fit our way of doing business

I was very pleased with the service from Essig's They were prompt, called before they came, fixed our problem, and offered free "extras" as well as a service plan We've used this company for several years and have always found the technicians courteous and efficient

This is for Justin K***, heating and cooling technician He was personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and thoroughHe greatly improved our heating and cooling performance at a reasonable cost

Mike was great with resolving the issues with my furnace and the company assisted me with handling the cost while being on a fixed income

Mike W did an outstanding jobI was very disappointed that I did not get a better warranty

Justin K was amazing He came out on short notice to fix our air conditioner before our company arrived He stayed until after dark fixing the problem to ensure the comfort of our guests

Darrin E[redacted] Essig Inc., serviced the heating system in our home today. It is a boiler system that Essig installed several years ago. Darrin was very professional, polite, provided a clear explanation of the service tasks he performed, and cleaned up nicely upon completion of the work. He provided excellent service. I highly recommend Essig.

Today I had both my heating and air conditioning systems checked. I was having an issue with the display panel on my furnace and it was addressed promptly. I was pleased with the service and the knowledge of the representative who came to my house. He will have to follow-up on the display panel; however, I feel confident that it will be resolved shortly. This is my first year working with Paul W. Essig Inc. and so far I am very happy with the company.

Mike W[redacted] has a great personality and is always very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling system we have. Will definitely recommend him as a technician and also a good estimator for other work.

I have been using the Essig Company for years. They have always been prompt, friendly and have always taken the time to explain what needed to be done to repair or replace something. They also time to explain how it work and what I would need to do for maintenance. I always felt they were looking out for my best interest. This time I needed to replace a toilet. Mike B. was the Service Pro. He was patient with my questions and explained the differences in the product that I purchased compared to the older product.

I talked with my HVAC service manager and we have had guys out there the last two days doing all we can to get them water.  This customer has no money and we are returning to do this work at no cost just to get them water.  The additional problems are issues with the...

plumbing to the house, not the original call and the realtor/buying agent who wrote this complaint is on the hook and is trying to blame all of this on us.Thank You,

I had Justin D[redacted] (of Essig) come out to my house to service my heating system. Justin was very polite and he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very helpful when asking questions! He then came back out to give me some upgrades to my heating system and did an outstanding job, and again, he was very helpful with any questions I had. If you need services for heating, cooling, or plumbing, I would strongly suggest Essig!
