This company called me knowing my payoff balance for a past due credit card. I settled on a payoff amount to pay them. They withdrew the money. They said they would report it to the credit bureau - that didn't happen. Fast forward 13 months, the REAL creditors are now asking for the money. They said I paid the wrong company and this was most likely a scam.

Back in Aug 2018 Payment Management Services called saying I owed over $500.00 to a company Finger Hut and now it is in collections with them and that I need to pay it off. So, I made payment arrangements of $104.95 every 2 weeks for 5 payments. After those 2 months, they raised the amount to $109.95 for 6 payments. I didn't catch it right away, until I got a bank statement. I tried to contact the company over 273 times in less then 6 days, but it was busy all day each day. I finally contacted my bank to dispute all of the $109.95 charges... Then I just got an email today from *** stating I have a new collection. I go to account and it is the same bill that was in collections with the same amount that I previously owed before Payment Management Services got it, they changed their name, but still have the same phone number. I have tried to contact over 128 times so far today, but it is still busy. Contacted my bank and we are disputing all of the $104.95 payments. This company is fraudulent.

This company contacted me due to an unpaid bill. They had all of the information of the creditor I owed and everything sounded valid. I setup a payment arrangement with the company and money has been deducted from my bank account since May.

Fast forward to today, I received a text message stating that their name has now changed to ***. I see nothing for this company online. It shows half a phone number (***xxxx) and now I'm wondering if this has been a scam all along. Is anyone able to confirm this?

This so called payment management took 109.95 outnof my bank account and have no knowledge of what it is for and would like my money back

They called my job and harassed me to pay off *** and sent me a bill for $293 but charged my account $303 and beer actually paid off my account for ***. It is fraudulent.

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company because I DO NOT know why they keep charging me. I have left messages and have not received any communication from the company about this payment. I am going to be closing my card very soon to stop them from charging me if I do not get a response from them

so I entered a agrrement in 2017 for 25 dollars per month.all of sudden last month they took auto payment of 31.99.and this month.it has been withdrawn twice.and re deposited twice.I have tried to contact them several times .no response.please assist.

I havd paid my bill in full and still getting billed for it which is 200 every two weeks!

I was contacted by this company to settle a debt and was told that if I did not set up some kind of arrangements that I would be served with papers to go to court and that there was someone out that would be coming to my place of work to serve them if I was not at my home address. I have been trying to contact this agency due to bankruptcy so they can stop deducting payments and the contact number that was provided and that shows up on my bank statement does not work. I need to cease my payments and stop the deductions!! I need to talk to someone!!

I had a person call me saying I owed money on a card. I went into my credit union account they too payment of 59.32 on 01/26/2019, 200.00 on 03/02/2019 , then 106.00 on 04/06/2019. I have tried to call this number so many times n it is a voice mail. No one ever returns calls. I have read some of the reviews n I see that number has the same answer on all views. Automated system. Also I have not received no statement showing what I paid them. Nor a bill. But I have it in my credit union statements. I would like my money back this is a scam. Because I can get a hold of anyone else on my card or bills. You can not complain to no one , because no one will answer . I have no clue which card this is, nor no account numb

This third party person scared me with stating that they are sending a process server at my place to serve me. I have been making payments on a collections account monthly and this month, there was a change to the amount. $50.00 to $59.95. I received no notification of this change, it has been done without my consent. I have reached out and receive nothing but automatic voicemail. I cannot do an online inquiry as I have never been given documentation from this company as to what my account number is, if it exists.

My husband and I have tried to reach this company many times, we have left messages, asking for a return call. We never get a call back. The contact number listed *** on their website is the only number that we have. We originally agreed to a $$ amount, they are raising this amount, with no communication to us. This amount need to be lowered, but the company will not communicate with us. This has been going on a year, we need a resolution.

This company contacted my place of work stating they were going to begin garnishment, but were willing to set up payment arrangements. So I agreed. This company also stated that they would send me paperwork in regards to payment plan which I have not recieved. I have tried to call the number to discuss this matter, but the number just tells me the person at the extension is not available. I have been debited $506.92 from my acct and neither of my debtors have seen a penny. I suspect after reading other reviews that this company is fraudulent. I would like for the company to refund my money.

I paid off an account on 2/15 with this company in the amount of $312.55 from the original creditor who was ***. The original amount was $446 and I was offered settlement of $312.55 and “Paid in Full” status after made that payment. As of today’s date, My credit report has not been updated reflecting this payment. Also - their listed email address of '***' and their ;listed phone number of *** do not work.

I checked my bank account and noticed a charge of $51.52, from this company. I have never spoken to anyone from this company and do not know why they are taking money out of my account. I called the number and it's just a voice recording telling me to leave a message and my call will be returned in 24hrs. I have read more compliants about this company and that it is a scam. I want my money back and for them to stop charging my card.

This company took 449.67 off my debit card on 2/22/19. I do not know what they are taking this for and I do not have anything in writing stating I was paying on a credit card. They had a PI supposedly looking for me which is a lye to get someone to pay money. Then they gave me some random 844 number to call. The gentlemen was nice but this was to be in writing prior to anything being taken from me. I am now missing my house payment money. Wrong! so wrong! you don't manipulate people and make threats of being the law and taking you to court. Someone should sue them for all there wrongs.

I was told that I only owed about 300 something back in June. Now it is the end of January and I am still paying on it. If this is not correct than I need a call back to let me know how much is left, if it is then I am being charged extra! This is not how you do business! I call and nobody can seem to answer the phone.
