Paymentwall is a rip-off A payment I made to another business, processed by Paymentwall, was never credited & Paymentwall to my attempts to contact that scam outfit In short, my card coshows that Paymentwall took the funds from my card, but never paid the merchant I intended to pay in the 1st place Make sure that no payment you make to anyone goes thru Paymentwall I'm reporting Paymentwall to the US & state attorney general

I do not accept this response because the reason this "company" had my IP address was because they asked me for it on the phone when I originally called them to complain about these fraudulent charges and I gave it to them! Paymentwall has to be the worst at this type of business I have made purchases of $dollars that went through fine in hours I decided to do a $purchase and even went so far as to clear it with Citi first What happens? NOTHING It gets held up pending transaction I don't hear from them as to why I start trying to contact them days go buy with me sending emails -- one for each day No response 4th email 4th day then at the end I finally get a JOKE response from them They don't have the transaction Could I please send them all the information again Next day still no reply Now it is the 5th day I contact them again Canned response We cancelled your order Look for a refund in the next statement but it might take 3-days for it to clear They have had my money for days by the looks of it No reason give as to why I contact again And again I finally get a response They now want to see my electronic credit card statement More email We cancelled your order because of discrepancies WHAT Discrepancies? More email No names no phone numbers no way to appeal Plain RUDE that is what they are -- and the answers were all canned and appeared to be bots WORST business ever in the communication department Maybe worst business ever I then tried using the phone numbers during working hours for them -- California I get no reply or answer several times Finally I got the answering machine ONCE I left them my contact information since it is easier to contact me Still no word from them If you can avoid them do so at ALL costs Worst company I have ever had to deal with And I am still dealing with them

We received a phone call from Mrs*** on October 16, regarding a USD charge on her credit cardUpon checking, the payment was made by a "*** ***" through a website that sells currency (virtual money) for
online gamesPaymentwall is the payment processor for this website, which means we handle all payments that go through them
When asked about this, Mrs*** said that he is her 10-year-old sonIt was mentioned to her that this is not a fraudulent charge, but we will extend our help by contacting the merchant and inquire if the credits haven't been used up yet, then we can ask them to refund the transactionShe was informed to call back after hours to get a statusWe received a response from the website stating that the credits have already been consumed, and they were able to provide proof
Mrs*** called again on October 19, and said there is a fraudulent activity on the credit cardShe went through the usual investigation for fraud claimsHowever, it was later on discovered that she already called previouslyShe started denying that she knows anybody named "***." She was still informed that the payment can no longer be reversed
Please understand that we do not expect the minor to assume responsibility over the charge, but the card owner is accountable to all charges made through itThank you

The response is not accurateI was told by Payment Wall when I contacted them on 10/16/that the third party was Bro Gaming and that Payment Wall would contact them for the chargePayment Wall never contacted them and I have email documentation sent to me from Bro Gaming that there was no record of any sale under the last digits of my credit card, customer name, address or phone numberAgain, Payment Wall could not provide documentation upon requestIn fact, when I called them back stating I spoke with Bro Gaming; Payment Wall changed their story and would not allow me to speak to a supervisorThe only information Payment Wall provided to me was a email address that they said they had on file for mePayment Wall proceeded to ask me to go onto Google and type in "What's my IP address" and read them back the numberI purposely gave them an incorrect IP address number and after a couple minutes the representative came back on the line and told me yes that number is registered to my name and computerFurthermore, I have screen shots of my bank statement showing that after I told them that Bro Gaming has no record of the transaction that they changed the billing name for the charge to TH.GamingIf you google the website for Bro gaming it brings you back to the original site including contact information for Bro GamingPayment Wall has not provided any information as requested other than passing *** blame on someone else! This charge was never authorized nor is there any record of a transaction
