Charged a purchase as a cash advance, purchase was to be in Canadian dollars, they charged it in euroPurchase was immediately canceled, contacting their support they stated that the payment was only a pre-authorization check and that it was never chargedTransaction still posted none the less, and they continue to claim they never charged meNow my bank is processing a chargebackI've been dealing with this BS for a month now and nearly hours in total in phone calls emails and live chatsSuch a scummy, scamming companyThanks for wasting my time and trying to steal from me

Let me be very cleartake any business (large or small) then picture them at their very worstGot that image? Well ladies and gentlemen your image is like a soft pillow compared to this companyI have a bit of constructive criticism for Paymentwall, Incseek out a government contract and perform background checksOh waitYou only get hired by gaming and electronic companies, then why do you act like you are screening for a security clearanceEven when you are provided the exact documentation you respond with "all four corners" or "the full document with the URL" suggesting that everyone you screen is a criminalI am not suggesting you shouldn't take your job seriously, but with your current screenings techniques the people who you think are criminals are most likely just "Gamers & TV Watchers" Get to know your demographic instead of profiling everyone!

I just had the same negative experience with Payment "Wall" like the people previously mentioned hereI tried to purchase a Mint card for 100US$ and after emails and sending in every personal document I own (from photos of my passport over screenshots and official bank statements etc) they still didn´t accept my paymentThe worst thing is, that they even deleted my inquiry to customer support on their site! It just disappeared without resolving any issuesI did everything I could to provide all documents and was treated like I would try to send millions of dollars to some shady offshore account!
It was just a simple gift card and I now just want my money back as fast as possibleIn all my years shopping on the internet, this is BY FAR the worst experience I ever had and has NOTHING to do with security measures!!! They are just violating my privacyPeople have to be warned of them!

Be carefulDon't use or deal with this company, they are identity thieves and brokersPaymentwall received my secure paypal transaction but then refunded the money and never provided the digital product requesting "verification" to include photo of driver's license and passport, pictures of logged in paypal account information, creating a paymentwall account and password Even after all the above was provided they still refused the digital product and transaction and requested additional information for "risk assessment." In addition to stealing my identity, the entire time they provided no basic human respect in their dialog with the customer They clearly have no customer service training or experience and simply don't care I've used the same payment sources for decades and have never had a problem with any transaction until dealing with them

This is the first time I heard about Paymentwall and I thought they are the ones who handle my payment with my account to Black Dessert OnlineI send them my inquiry and they responded real time ( about to minutes after I sent it ) They were very courteous and direct to the point which made me realize that I sent my inquiry to the wrong area since I made it through Steam
To cut the story short, my experience with Paymentwall was great and they treated me as if I am their customerKudos to the team who took time checking my issueI will not hesitate to contact them in case Ill have other questions in case I'll making payment using their service:-)

We have received a call from Ms*** regarding this matter on November 5th, Upon investigation, we have identified red flags from the transactions coming from the credit card number XXXXXX***All purchases through
Paymentwall from this card have already been refundedMs*** was informed of this when she called us
However, we would like to note that after the refund process, we no longer have a hold on the fundsThis means, the time it may take for the money to appear on the customer's account from the time they were refunded would depend entirely with the bank / card provider
Furthermore, we have blacklisted the credit card number from our system, as well as the game account where the charges were made from

I made a purchase on Kinguin that made me use PaymentwallWhen Paymentwall charged me, the charge was $than the original cost of the item stated on KinguinAfter arguing with a terrible customer service, they told me that my "euro" card charged me conversion fees
This is how I see things went down and I've explained it to them AND given them a chance to make a point but they're "walling" upThey saw a DOLLAR amount and then made the MISTAKE of thinking my card was an EURO, converted the total to EURO, charging me extra euro for this conversion, and charging my card in EUROSince my card is in DOLLAR, my bank charged me an additional conversion fee that ended up adding up to $
They've denied responsibility and refused to give a refundHonestly I care more about their policies than my money at this point
For a customer service that won't give you straight answers or even look into investigating a case, a star is deserved, but I can't give that so I'll give a star review

Company took the funds and then blocked my account then has made me wait for multiple days after being contacted and provided the requested data, after being sent the requested data my account is still blocked and still waitingeven through the funds have been taken out of my account and my account to make payments to the service have been blocked

I play a popular online MMO Black Desert OnlineTo purchase in-game items Daum Cash must be purchased through the Black Desert Online websiteMyself and my partner have made multiple purchases on the two accounts we share over the last year and have never had a problem with making a purchase with either of our debit cards until 3-27-**I made a small purchase of $and the transaction went through to my bankWithin seconds a popup window appeared from Paymentwall stating the transaction was canceled and I needed to provide them with a full color copy front and back of my government issued ID, Drivers License, Passport and the card being used for the purchase with all four corners visible along with the transaction receipt and bank / credit card statement showing the transaction to prove who I am or my account would be permanently blocked if I did not complyI immediately backed out of the website feeling it was a fraudulent popup and phishing scam for sensitive personal informati
