PaySimple reached out to merchant to resolve and are waiting to hear backWe explained the underwriting process for their credit card processor, NAB, and the action they need to take to resolve the audit and underwriting of their account

PaySimple connected with the merchant on Friday September 4th, and confirmed with the merchant that a desired resolution has been metThe merchant agreed to close the complaint as resolved upon resolution

Sent email addressing and resolving merchant's concerns

PaySimple has reached out to the customer multiple times to resolve this complaint and have not received a response back

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
PaySimple has offered to refund the that was charged after the cancellationWe are willing to accept this offer and close the case once the refunds have appeared in our account

PaySimple reached out to this merchant on 12/29/16 with a proposed resolution but has not yet heard back from them.

PaySimple reached out to the customer on April 17th, 2017 to help resolve their concerns and was unable to make contact. We have not received a response back and encourage them to contact our Customer Care team if they still require assistance and we would be happy to help.

Called merchant and spoke with him to explain options, sent follow-up email with a recap of phone conversation.

PaySimple connected with the merchant on Tuesday November 8th 2016 and confirmed with the merchant that a desired resolution has been met. The merchant agreed to close the complaint as resolved upon resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: Pay Simple had an obligation to do due diligence and Pay Simple is committing a fraud by setting up accounts and then holding up payments, when proof was provided that all orders were delivered in full. Pay Simple charged a fee and did not provide processing the payment as agreed.
