PC Solutions Cape Cod set up our new computer and did a great job. We have not had any problems with it and it has been few months since the work was finished.
We were comfortable having them in our home as they were very professional and also very patient with answering all of our many questions ! They explained everything in a way we could understand it. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

As a senior citizen, true luddite and one who prefers to talk to people and not machines I was at a loss as to where to go for repairs when my 11 year old *** computer stopped working last summer. Lo and behold, I was in line at my bank and started to babble about my technology woes. The nice bank teller overheard me and suggested I try PC Solutions Cape Cod LLC and I am so happy I did.
The owners and their support system are very supportive. They listened to me as I tried to explain what I need my computer to do. They even met me at 7PM at night. The wonderful gentleman, who, like me, is an educator, happened to be working for the company last summer. He did an excellent job of repairing my computer. The best part is that I dropped the computer off Thursday night and picked it up the following Tuesday. Very nice turn-around time.

I tried to upgrade my motherboard and ran into a host of issues with my computer freezing up every time I started it. PC solutions took it apart and reconstructed it quickly and found a bad liquid cooler causing my overheating issues. Everything runs fine now and I have enough parts left over from trying to fix it myself to almost build a second computer. I could have saved some money if I had taken it to them when it first started giving me problems.

My laptop developed a problem with the fan(s) not working while I was in Canada. Since I purchased the laptop at *** (in the US), I decided to take it to the nearest *** (in Canada). They had the computer for nearly a month and were unable to repair it before I was leaving Canada. I was advised to take it to another *** on the Cape, who couldn't assure me they could fix it in the month I was to be there. Leaving *** we called and took the laptop to PC Solutions Cape Cod and had the repaired laptop back in 4 days. I was extremely pleased with the friendly staff there and the speed with which they were able to get me back up and running!

I had a virus on three machines , The *** store and Verizon were both unable to remove it . Phillip removed the virus . He also coordinated my phone and tablets with my new ( used ) car computer . If you have exhausted all you grandchildren , put a little money aside to get PC solutions off to a good start . Every one like me needs a service like this in such a handy location !

Very pleased with the service. Philip M came my office promptly and punctually, diagnosed the problem that my secretary was having with one of the programs on her computer and in short order fixed the problem. We will use Phil and his company in the future.

You're on line searching for someone to fix your computer, laptop or other IT equipment because you're too computer illiterate to fix it yourself. 99.9% of the companies out here KNOW that and will screw you to the floor financially with unneeded work, equipment, upgrades, etc.
This company won't do that...

I found these guys through a *** search, called, and we met the next day. Jaime and Phil know how to run a custom service oriented business. They came, got the job done and left me feeling I had called my friends I’ve known for years. I highly recommend!

One of the two circulation desk computers at the library died in the middle of checking out a patron. The person I used to call on for help was no longer in business. I called Phil because I saw the good reviews. He answered immediately, said he was just finishing with a client in Hyannis and would stop by on his way home. He picked up the computer, took it with him and tested it. I got a diagnosis from him the next day, a repair quote, and we discussed whether it was worth fixing or not. I decided to have him fix it. He gave me an estimate for the delivery of the part needed and said as soon as it came in he would get it fixed. He did just that. Phil was professional, reasonable, and very quick. He responded to texts in a very timely manner and was most helpful when asked questions. Phil is now my tech support person for the library.

My computer had been giving me fits for nearly a month and I had tried nearly everything to get it up and running again. Phil came to the house to pick it up and within a day had a detailed explanation of what was needed and what it would cost. He was extremely professional. He returned the computer in less than a week, running perfectly. He then spent hours working with me to explain the new features.

He Came to my house and picked up my PC and took it with him. The next day he called me and told me it was ready . He was Quick to fix my pc and the price was fair..
