Review: I purchased a cover for my cell phone which totaled $36.75 with my credit card. Once, I realized the cover was not the correct one I wanted and the store did not carry the cover I wanted, I asked if I can get a refund. The female sales associate told me "exchange only." I said, how is that possible when I just the bought the cover a few minutes ago. She told me it was store policy. All sales are final and exchange only. I was amazed at the absurd practice at this wireless phone shop. I am not satisfied with my purchase and would like a refund. It is not like I came days later asking for a refund. It was on the same day and minutes later. This practice seems illegal if you ask me and I will never spend my hard earned money there ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the item and get a refund of $36.75 owed to me. Thanks.
