I really like their commitment to being eco-friendly and I had a great experience with them last time, so I scheduled my second service appointment with Peace Frog. We recently had the siding on our house replaced, and the siding crew didn't take the time to roll up the carpet. It was covered with construction dust, bootprints, etc. and I was hoping to get it looking nice again. Danny showed up when promised, was friendly and helpful, and made my rug look brand new. As before, it was easy to schedule a time that was convenient for me.

Courteous workers, prompt and professional. This is my 5th or 6th time. Even used them for my offices. We had a number of house guests, grandchildren and 3-6 pets visiting. The carpet always looks great when they finish. I'm a loyal fan.

We have been using Peace Frog for many years for our carpet cleaning needs and we have always been very satisfied!
There is good communication from scheduling to the end of the service, the technicians are always courteous and provide good information and the cost is competitive for the excellent services provided. I have never had a situation where the price changed unless I added/changed something.
Today Jason and Guy cleaned 3 bedroom carpets (all stains removed!), as well as a dryer vent cleaning which was long overdue. They were both courteous and efficient, even when having to get on the roof in this crazy heat!

I hired Peace Frog June 15. The technician that provided our service worked very hard and definitely aimed to please, which I appreciated.
My complaint is with management. I hired them to prepare for our move. They do not move furniture (beds, dressers, etc). When we moved out of our house on July 10, I noticed a stain under our 1 x 3 ft filing cabinet. I was hoping that since we used Peace Frog for multiple services and had hired them less than 1 month before, they would be able to come out and address this small spot for a reasonable fee. However, management said that because we had gone past the 14 day policy, they would have to charge us the minimum fee (cost of two rooms). I would have never expected them to come out for free, but I am disappointed they couldn’t meet me in the middle since we had just spent a considerable amount with them just 25 days before.

We are very sorry and disappointed about this whole situation.
Here at Peace Frog we do move some pieces of furniture however company policy does not allow the technicians to move heavier items. Listening back to the phone call yesterday with our scheduler it sounds like the filing cabinet could not be moved by our technician back on 6/15. Due to that policy we were not aware there was a stain underneath the filing cabinet and it sounds like you were not aware of this discoloration as well. The amount of time that has passed does play into our decision to not come back for a lesser charge than our minimum or free of charge. If we would have been notified much sooner of this and even slightly outside our 14 day return policy we most definitely would have come back out to make this right and most likely without any fee whatsoever.
We hope you reconsider using us in the future and truly strive to provide a remarkable service to all of our customers.

Martin did a fantastic job. He was very timely and respectful in our home. We are no longer thinking of replacing the carpet in the near future.

John was very friendly and did a fabulous job! There were several carpet stains that he got out with a recommended treatment. I was not very confident but it worked!! He also did a great job with tile cleaning in our two bathrooms and the kitchen. We have used Peace Frog several times and it has always been great. Thank you John and Peace Frog!

Peace Frog did an excellent job. Sal C was professional, polite and friendly. He offered suggestions, and other services without any pressure to order. I was very pleased with the results and so glad I hired the small local guy instead of the big chain. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Sal made sure each room was up to my expectations before moving on to the next room. We had the entire upstairs done, the stairs leading up and all the grout in the kitchen/ding room. My whole house is now clean and fresh.
