Great company, very professional from speaking with Leah in the office, James whom gives quotes and John for cleaning. Their love for animals and the donations they give to local Humane Society, is the reasons we will always use this company. Thanks y’all for being so AWESOME!!!!!

Peace Frog just finished cleaning my carpets and they look (and smell) fantastic! Our tech was on-time, friendly, and explained everything super clearly. I also wasn’t oversold on anything. They did a free black light test and ended up recommending that I don’t go with the deodorizer because it wasn’t needed. Any other company would’ve loved to take my money for a service that may not have been needed. The gift (in my case, a mug) at the end is the cherry on top! I’ve always used Stanley Steamer, but Peace Frog takes it to the next level and prices are cheaper or the same.

I love that no perfume was used in the cleaning solution. My carpet looks great and I don't have to worry about a perfume headache.

I have used other carpet and tile cleaning companies in Austin and Cedar Park in the past, but this time we contacted Peace Frog and the difference was amazing. The carpets came out beautifully, John of the Cedar Park location came to our home, did an amazing job and was courteous and took the time to make sure that spots previous companies didn't get, were done! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Peace Frog has cleaned my carpet several times, and I've been very happy with their work. They are honest and fair, and explains things clearly up front. We contracted with Peace Frog to steam clean our bamboo floors. At the outset we were a bit nervous since bamboo is a soft wood, and they were using water! No problem! Our technicians Steve and Jason explained in detail the entire process. On completion we were very pleased with the job. Our floors are again exceptionally clean and handsome!

I contacted Peace Frog about cleaning the carpets in a house that I bought as a rental unit. James came out the same afternoon and we agreed on a price for the cleaning. The cleaning was scheduled for the following week, and Martin arrived right on time and did a great job in less than the time he estimated. Overall a very positive experience.

My experience with Peace Frog was really remarkable. It was my first time ever having upholstery cleaned and it was seamless. From start to finish from booking to the technician at my house was a real example of professionalism. John the technician arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job. Sometimes when people give you or go through all there company speal you can really tell that it's rehearsed. Not with John at all. The whole time it just seemed that he was being genuine and then to find out when I gave a review on there own website he was supposed to do these things...just added to the wow factor. As for the price I don't think that there is any room for a complaint, especially when it comes to the level of service. I promise you that I will be using Peace Frog again and I will most certainly recommend them to anyone.

I found Peace Frog online and was impressed that they had so many good reviews. From start to finish I was very satisfied with their service. They were always polite and upfront. Their technician, Jacob, arrived punctually and did an excellent job. He even managed to remove some stains we thought would be impossible to get rid of. I had not realized just how bad our carpets looked and am thrilled with how they look now. I would definitely hire Peace Frog again.

We were extremely impressed with our visit today from Peace Frog's Carpet Tile Cleaning Service. We wanted our kitchen tile steam cleaned and possibly sealed. They responded quickly (within 24 hrs) to my online request for a quote. Lea was professional, friendly and provided all the information I needed, and was able to send me an email contract and get us set up for the next day. She let me know what to expect as far as the process and timeline, and gave me the name of the technician scheduled to come out.
Trayvon showed up right on time the next morning, reviewed the contract, took measurements and told me it would be less than quoted due to the area being smaller than we thought. He got everything set up, helped move the bigger furniture, and made sure to protect our freshly shampood carpet. He made appropriate suggestions regarding the care and how to clean the floor in the future. Trayvon was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Peace Frogs, and hope Trayvon is our technician next time as well!

The phone reps answered all my questions, and were clear and accurate. Jason was the tech who came to my house (same-day no less) and did an outstanding and professional job.
